Kaori Ishihara (石原 夏織, Ishihara Kaori, born August 6, 1993, in Chiba prefecture) is a Japanese pop singer, voice actress, idol, and actress managed by Style Cube since 2011. She was formerly part of Up-Front Agency in which she was involved with Happy! Style and Team Dekaris. She is now affiliated with Sigma Seven. She was a member of StylipS up to April 2013, and idol duo YuiKaori with Yui Ogura. As a solo singer, she has recorded several character songs in which she sings in the voice of one of her anime characters. A couple of these singles have charted on the Oricon charts.

In 2047, an unknown, alien life-form, codenamed FOS, attacks Earth, destroying the world’s major cities in one fell swoop. The survivors unite to fight back, and three years later they erect a world shield, the Diffuser, to stop further invasions. Now in 2053, a last, desperate counterattack is being mounted against the FOS. Taishi Akejima, a soldier in the Planetary Defense Forces Alliance, would like nothing better than a shot at the aliens responsible for his father’s death six years ago.
