Three elementary school girls, Mako (Haruka Tomatsu/Caroline Combes), Miko (Sakiko Uran/Lucille Boudonnat), and Mutsuko (Minako Kotobuki/Lucille Boudonnat), decide to investigate the legends behind their school, St. Claire Elementary. As a lark they decide to vandalize the science room's human anatomy model Kunstrijk (Kouichi Yamadera/Bruno Meyere), who decides to take his own personal revenge on the three girls. He invites them to return to the school at midnight for a party, intending to scare them. Instead the three girls end up joining Kunstrijk and the skeleton model Goth (Hiromasa Taguchi/Christophe Seugnet) on a quest to gain a wish. The girls must find three medallions that are spread out over the school's enormous grounds. Kunstrijk directs them to go to three rooms: the Pool Room, the Digital Room, and the Music Room. Each room has their own guardian that fits each area's themes, as the Pool Room is guarded by a merman, the Digital Room's guardians are two all-knowing beings, and the Music Room's guardian is Mozart himself (Hiroshi Yanaka/Jean-Pierre Leblan). However the quest is made even more difficult as not everyone wants the girls to succeed and Kunstrijk is hiding his own secret reason for wanting the girls to succeed: the quest is actually to help ensure that he and Goth will remain in their living state forever rather than returning to inanimate objects.

The movie begins with a young girl, Julia Crichton, waking up from a dream about the day her family was forcibly taken from her home by soldiers beside her older brother Ashley, who is currently studying their parents' alchemy books. Ashley then shows his sister some pages and explains that with the alchemy in the book, he hopes to make a world that no one's seen before. Soon after discovering two strange rubbed-out pages, the siblings hear some strange noises and Ashley goes ahead to investigate, but a worried Julia follows to a room where she finds the bodies of her parents hung up and dripping blood. She watches in horror as her brother is attacked and presumably murdered to which she faints.

The story centers on characters who are immortal. The lead character, Colin MacLeod, became an Immortal after his first death in 125 AD in Roman Britain, when his village was attacked by the conquering Romans. Another Immortal, Marcus Octavius, was leading the Roman Empire's military forces in hopes of creating his dream of a utopian society. Octavius killed Colin's wife, but was not able to kill Colin whose unconscious body was dragged by a horse to within Stonehenge, a "holy ground" in the story, where Immortals are forbidden to fight.

When a mysterious tomb in a faraway land is opened by storm villagers, two strange spheres and the spirit of an ancient wizard, called Uranda sama, leader of Storm village are set free. The ancient wizard goes and takes the body of wolf. One of the spheres ends up in Nobita's neighborhood. Next one goes and ends up in wind village. As first one breaks open, an odd cyclone creature is set free. First, Suneo had got it and he tried to catch it and make his pet but he was unsuccessful. Meanwhile, Nobita was eating ice cream to his way back home but unfortunately that odd cyclone snatched it. Nobita followed it and then the cyclone threw the ice cream at the head of Gian. Due to this he becomes angry and he tries to beat Nobita but he ends up with a crash in a trash box. then the cyclone followed Nobita and went inside home. It created a disaster in his home and also troubled Nobita's mom. Then he liked it so much that he wanted to keep it. While trying to take care of it, Nobita tried to hide it from his mom. So he made its appearance like doll in manga (a soft toy machine camera to make it as a toy). Then he takes it to Shizuka to show her. But Fuuko runs away after getting scolded by Nobita for blowing Shizuka's Skirt up. Then at last Nobita found it. Then he gives a name Fuko to it. He declared that Fuuko is a girl( female). As there was no space in the Nobita's neighbourhood, he and his friends with Doraemon go somewhere at Anywhere door but they are accidentally taken to a location hidden from the rest of the world: the Wind Village. There they discover different types of creatures and meet some incredible people and also made friends with Temujin and his family. They enjoy there very much and played a game with Temujin. Nobita wins the game with good shots. In evening they return from Anywhere door. They left Fuuko at Wind Village. Seeing the Anywhere door, the ancient wizard also comes through it. Then it takes the body of Suneo. Meanwhile, Temujin discovers next sphere. But it flies away and goes to wizard. Next day Doraemon and his friends again visit Wind Village. They meet Storm Villagers and also the wizard in the appearance of Suneo. They get surprised. Then they attack them and in this process they capture Fuuko and also steal Doraemon's pocket. They trap Fuuko in a prison and they have enjoyment. Meanwhile, Doraemon and his friends go to prison and free Fuuko. There caused massive typhoons throughout the land. Doraemon and the others then join forces with the Wind Village to prevent the worst from happening. At this process, Fuuko loses her power and goes somewhere far. Nobita fell into a trap and reunited with Fuuko when he tried to help Shizuka when she fell. A yak advised Nobita to take care of Fuuko and not to bring her near the red jewel sphere. when Uranda sama woke Mafuuga the dragon in front of the red jewel, Fuuko's soul along with another soul. Then Suneo becomes normal. One of the person of storm village was most wanted criminal of twenty-second century.He was an archaeologist.He controlled the dragon Mafuuga (formerly by the ancient wizard Uranda sama and trapped the wizard in a spirit capturing cage. Nobita took a heavy sword to thrash him but in vain. Then Fuuko went to the volcano to make herself to fire and went to the opposite direction (swirling herself while Mafuuga was swirling in Fuuko's Opposite direction.) She gave up her life, leaving the soft toy she wore. Nobita was in tears. He vowed that he wouldn't forget her till his last breath. Then he took the soft toy (Suneo said to Gian to leave Nobita alone for a few minutes when Gian wanted to comfort Nobita.Then time patrol came to capture the crook. So he was captured by time patrol and Nobita bids goodbye to Temujin and his family and hugged the soft toy. Doraemon and his friends returned home.

The prologue of the film acknowledges the events of the first Godzilla film, while inventing its own timeline, explaining that the capital of Japan was moved from Tokyo to Osaka. Charlotte, a young woman, is abducted by Baron Meier Link, a vampire nobleman who is known not to harm humans needlessly. Tired of constantly having nightmares, Nobita ask for Doraemon to bring a Dream Machine which would allow Nobita to dream of anything he wants. Ninja Scroll is set in feudal Japan. Five years before the start of the film, the Yamashiro clan's chief retainers (vassal lords) dig gold out of a secret mine behind their lord's back. The lord of the Yamashiro clan wants to have the gold for himself, but his forces are not strong enough, so he cannot act alone. He also cannot go to the government first, because they would take the gold if they knew about the mine. He orders his ninja team, led by Gemma Himuro, to kill the chief retainers, claiming he would then report the mine to the government. Jubei Kibagami and Shinkuro are members of this ninja team. After the chief retainers are murdered, the Yamashiro lord does not report the mine to the government. Later, Gemma orders Shinkuro and the other ninjas to kill each other, thus eliminating everyone who knew about the mine. Reluctantly, Jubei kills Shinkuro his friend in self-defense, while the other team members lie dead. While Gemma is riding along a pass, Jubei springs from the snow and cuts off his head to avenge Shinkuro and the others. Jubei then becomes a wandering swordsman-for-hire.

While meditating beside a waterfall, Piccolo is approached by Gohan and Icarus, with Gohan showing Piccolo a tune he has just learned to whistle. The meteor, however, does not hit Earth, instead passing it and exploding in orbit. When the dust clears, a strange building is present on the Earth.

The short follows Sachi (Hideko Yoshida/Cheryl Chase), a girl locked in a game of hide-and-seek with her cat Cicerone. Her search leads her to an old longcase clock which doubles as a doorway to a labyrinth world. The world is filled with supernatural oddities and characters, such as cardboard working class citizens, an invisible dog, a skeleton-led train and a weird circus. Eventually, Sachi and Cicerone arrive at a circus tent where a viewing screen is displayed, leading to the following segments.
