Après les événements survenus à Tall Oaks et Lanshiang, Chris Redfield du BSAA, rejoint huit soldats de l'armée mexicaine en tant qu'observateur dans la région de Querétaro pour appréhender un trafiquant d'armes biologiques, Glenn Arias, et sauver des otages dans un manoir lié à une opération de contrebande d'armes biologiques remplit de zombies infectés par une nouvelle souche virale. Là, il trouve Glenn Arias, mais ce dernier s'enfuit quand le manoir explose. Chris vient ensuite à la rencontre d'une amie et conseillère du BSAA, le Dr. Rebecca Chambers, qui commence à développer des médicaments pour combattre le virus rencontré dans le manoir. Le laboratoire est attaqué par l'une des complices d'Arias après la fin des recherches de Rebecca, que Chris sauve d'une infection. Après l'attaque, ils décident de rejoindre Leon S. Kennedy qui pourrait les aider à arrêter Arias. Concluant qu'Arias est impliqué dans une attaque terroriste à venir, ils se rendent à New York pour le trouver avant qu'elle ne puisse se dérouler.

Ernie Fitzpatrick is a daredevil kid who lives in Terra Dino with his best friend Max Santiago and his trouble-making sister Julia, who likes to bust him. Ernie and Julia live with their mother Sue, who has been chosen as the mother of the year, but she is overprotective of them and often makes them leave notes. Ernie is told to go to the store after school to keep an eye on it, but he disobeys orders and goes with Max to the Terra Dino Museum to sneak into a forbidden part of the area still under construction to see the bones of the ferocious Sarcosuchus. But Julia enters as well and uses a quarter from Ernie to set off the alarm. Julia is able to escape but Ernie and Max get caught by the guards, and Sue grounds Ernie for three weeks. When Ernie finds out Julia did it, he gets sick and tired of how he never gets his own way, but he decides to get his revenge by sneaking out again, but Julia discovers this and follows.

For a whole week, Toriyasu and his little sister, Meeko, have been missing their pet dog, Papadoll. Toriyasu thinks he ran off, but Meeko claims it was an alien abduction. Though Toriyasu mocks Meeko for her over-imaginative ways, she isn't far off from the truth. On the way to school, Meeko sees what looks like a cat in clothes slipping into the shadows. Later that evening, three anthropomorphic feline scientists, Henoji, Suttoboke and HoiHoi go into Toriyasu and Meeko's room intending to take Toriyasu with them on a trip. Instead they end up waking and taking Meeko as well. She accompanies them in their vehicle (a balloon that resembles a cheshire cat) with a tired Toriyasu.

Billy Frankenstein tells the story of a kid named Billy Frank (Jordan Lamoureux), who is related to the distant Victor Frankenstein, along with his artistic mother, Sandy (Melissa Williamson) and workaholic father George (Daran Norris). Meanwhile, a man named Bloodstone (Peter Spellos) dreams of bringing the Frankenstein monster to life, but is now unable to because the Frankenstein castle is up for auction. He invites the Franks to move into the castle in the hopes of using Billy (who is the latest relative to Frankenstein) to bring the monster to life. Also, an unintelligent officer named Constable Frogg (John Maynard) has a family history of other Froggs capturing the Frankenstein monster, and dreams of continuing the legacy. Frogg also constantly receives phone calls from prank callers who say "ribbit ribbit". Frogg is hired by a man named Otto von Sloane (Vernon Wells), and his lady Fraulein (Griffin Drew), to scare the Franks into selling him the castle and make way for a mall.
