Peter Vives Newey (born 14 July 1987) is a Spanish actor, singer and classical pianist. He was born in Barcelona to a New Zealander mother and a Spanish father. He is perhaps best known for his role as Angel in The Cheetah Girls 2, where he sang and played the guitar. He also starred in television series El tiempo entre costuras as Marcus Logan.

The film is set in 2041, in the time when humans live along with machines. Álex (Daniel Brühl), a renowned cybernetic engineer, returns to his hometown of Santa Irene after a ten-year absence on the behest of the Robotic Faculty, led by Julia (Anne Canovas), his old mentor.
