Roark Grant Critchlow (born May 11, 1963) is a Canadian actor, best known for appearing on the daytime US soap opera Days of Our Lives from 1994 to 1999 as Dr. Mike Horton. He also had a recurring role on the soap Passions. More recently he was in the TV movie The Perfect Husband: The Laci Peterson Story as well as appearing in the Nickelodeon series Drake & Josh as Dr. Glazer. He also portrayed Zoey Brooks' father in Zoey 101. Roark has had smaller roles in movies like Mr. Deeds with Adam Sandler and TV shows such as Street Justice, Malcolm in the Middle, Entourage, Charmed, Highlander: The Series, Afterworld and Friends. In 2009, he appeared in an episode of the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica. He also appeared in the 2009 movie Hydra as Sean Trotta. Critchlow recently had a recurring role on the science fiction TV show V and on ABC Family's breakout-hit Pretty Little Liars, where he has the role as Tom Marin (Hanna Marin's father).
Critchlow was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He was a theater major at the University of Victoria, and married Maria Brewer in 1990, with whom he produced and co-starred in Making it Home. Roark and Maria have three children: Jara Shea, Reign, and Credence. Roark and Maria divorced in 2006. Roark enjoys many sports and was named after Howard Roark, a character in the book The Fountainhead.
On June 23, 2010, Roark returned briefly to Days of Our Lives in the role of Dr. Mike Horton.

Corporate real estate tycoon Hamilton Lux (Armand Assante) sets his sights on developing the quaint seaside town of Full Moon Bay into a prime getaway for the wealthy, but runs into some unexpected problems. Lifelong fisherman Daniel Wilder (John Schneider) and wife Brooke (Daryl Hannah) own property exactly where Lux wants to build high-priced condos, and isn't planning to sell. Lux secretly laces the local waters with a toxin deadly to marine life, decimating the fishing industry in an attempt to starve Daniel out. Alas, the chemical react differently on the area's sharks, drastically increasing their aggressive tendencies and transforming them into engines of pure destruction moving in coordinated swarms. Without fish to feed on, shark attacks on humans rapidly increase. Lux uses media contacts to paint the attacks as random incidents. Daniel, his marine biologist brother and a concerned E.P.A. agent must expose Lux's plan and rid the area of the chemically-altered sharks before the town's entire population is devoured by hungry sharks.

An unscrupulous land developer, Big Jim Burns, ignores the protests of Native Americans as he violates their ancestral burial grounds. The local sheriff, Steve Evans, is caught in the middle of the conflict, as he is half Native American and half Caucasian. When one of Burns' construction crews unearths an ancient relic, they unleash a giant skeletal monster that proceeds to kill everyone in its path. Evans must deal with his rebellious daughter, unhelpful bureaucrats, and Johnny Black Hawk, a Native American who agitates for violence. After consulting with the local chief, Storm Cloud, Evans learns he must locate the relic and use it in ritual combat against the monster. Once the sheriff acquires the relic, Johnny Black Hawk attempts to take it from Evans and use it to get vengeance on the town; Evans is forced to kill him in self-defense. After donning war paint, Evans goes on to fight and ultimately defeat the Bone Eater.
