Robert Lyle Knepper (born July 8, 1959) is an American actor best known for his role as Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell in the FOX drama series Prison Break from 2005 to 2009 and has also appeared in films such as Good Night, and Good Luck, Hitman and Transporter 3. Knepper joined the cast of Heroes for its fourth and final season as Samuel Sullivan from 2009 to 2010, and he played Sid Rothman in the neo-noir television series Mob City in 2013. He appeared as Antonius in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 and Part 2.

Carrière
En octobre 1986, Robert Knepper décroche son premier rôle à Hollywood dans la comédie dramatique That's Life!.
En 1987, il est en tête d'affiche d'un thriller, Wild Thing, où il mène une vie chaotique après avoir été témoin du meurtre de ses parents, alors qu'il n'était qu'un enfant. Quelques mois plus tard, il tourne à deux reprises avec Kiefer Sutherland, d'abord dans Flic et Rebelle puis dans Young Guns 2.
En 1996, il décroche un rôle secondaire dans la comédie musicale de Woody Allen, Tout le monde dit I love you. Également la même année, il joue dans Dead of Night un film assez sombre traitant le thème du vampirisme. Robert Knepper collectionne ensuite les seconds rôles dans des films et téléfilms (le troisième volet de La Mutante et un caméo dans Love and Sex en 2000), mais c'est la télévision qui lui ouvre la voie du succès.
Sa carrière télévisuelle est en effet très prolifique. Il apparaît pour la première fois sur le petit écran en 1986 dans un épisode de The Paper Chase. Le comédien multiplie alors les rôles de guest-star, dans des séries comme L'Enfer du devoir (1987), Star Trek : La Nouvelle Génération, China Beach (1990), New York, police judiciaire (1995), ou encore Urgences (1998). Il revient peu après avec un rôle récurrent dans Hôpital San Francisco (2002), avant de s'installer dans La Caravane de l'étrange (2003), où il joue un animateur radio au début du siècle dernier. After being rescued from the destroyed arena in the 75th Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen, along with fellow Victors Beetee and Finnick Odair, are taken to District 13, an independent district isolated from the rest of Panem that has been spearheading the rebellion, where she is reunited with her mother and sister Prim. While recuperating, she is introduced to President Alma Coin, the rebel leader, and is told that her actions in the arena sparked riots and strikes against the Capitol. Coin asks her if she will become the "Mockingjay"—the symbol of the rebellion—as part of their "hearts and minds" strategy. Katniss flatly declines, angrily reminding her that they left Peeta Mellark, her portrayed lover and fellow District 12 tribute, behind in the arena. At the suggestion of Plutarch Heavensbee, the former Gamemaker, she is taken to see the ruins of District 12, which was completely leveled by a Capitol bombing campaign (with the exception of the houses in the Victor's Village). After seeing that Peeta is being used by Capitol state television to quell the rebellion, Katniss reluctantly changes her mind and agrees to become Coin's Mockingjay, on the condition that Peeta and the other victors will be rescued and pardoned at the earliest opportunity, and that her sister, Prim, will be allowed to keep her cat.

In the summer of 2006, Percy recounts the story of Thalia and her sacrifice. A young Annabeth, Luke, Grover and Thalia are running to Camp Half-Blood while being pursued by monsters. A ship arrives, carrying toxic chemicals that have killed two of its crew members. Frank Martin and Inspector Tarconi fish in the Marseilles when Tarconi receives a call about a black Audi A8 that speeds past French customs and evades the police in a car chase. While Tarconi returns to headquarters to give Frank's alibi, in Odessa, Ukraine, the Environmental Agency Minister (Leonid Tomilenko) receives a threat from Ecocorp boss Johnson to reopen business negotiations.
