Biography
He began his career with minor parts in TV-series such as The Incredible Hulk and The Dukes of Hazzard. In the John Carpenter-directed TV mini-series Elvis, he played Elvis Presley's best friend, Red West. He also had a recurring part as "Cliff Willoughby" in the TV-series Harper Valley PTA. He had supporting roles in a few obscure movies like UFOria and Omega Syndrome. His movie-credits also include minor parts in The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension, Hamburger... The Motion Picture, Armed and Dangerous, and Innerspace as "Lab Assault Henchman", which also marked his final acting credit.Usually with

Set in San Francisco, California, down-on-his-luck Naval aviator Lt. Tuck Pendleton (Quaid) resigns his commission and volunteers for a secret miniaturization experiment. Officer Frank Dooley (John Candy) of the LAPD is framed for the theft of a television set by two corrupt detectives (who Dooley had actually caught robbing an appliance store). He is dismissed from the force, but escapes criminal punishment at his day in court. The next case in the courtroom features hapless defense attorney Norman Kane (Eugene Levy) attempting to defend a Charles Manson-type white supremacist leader named Lawrence Lupik (Glenn Withrow), who threatens him with death should Kane fail to keep him out of prison. A fearful Kane reveals his ineptitude and the death threat to the judge (Stacy Keach, Sr.), who tells Kane that he will give Lupik "A sentence so long he won't even remember his own name, let alone yours" so long as Kane agrees to find another line of work with a "lot less responsibility".

Banzai (Peter Weller) prepares to test his Jet Car, a modified Ford F-350 pickup truck powered by a jet engine and capable of exceeding the speed of sound. The car is also equipped with a secret device called an "oscillation overthruster", which Banzai and his associates hope will allow it to drive through solid matter. The test is a success: Banzai stuns onlookers by driving the Jet Car directly through a mountain. Emerging on the other side, Banzai finds that an alien organism has attached itself to the undercarriage.
