The story follows the last hours of freedom of local soldier Ed, who is flying out to Iraq the following morning. With the help of his best friend, Necro, he spends his last night in the UK tracking down his missing girlfriend, Jen, who was last seen partying with a bizarre group of hardcore nocturnal ravers led by the mysterious Melech. When he catches up with Jen at a party or rave in a remote forest, Ed discovers that Melech’s crowd are vampires, using the rave to lure victims. Melech and his cult intend to harvest the victims' blood and use it to sustain themselves on a long sea voyage they are planning. Their plans go awry, however, when Ed and several other rave participants offer lethal resistance to the vampires.

En communication avec sa mère, auprès de laquelle elle envisage son retour, au vu de son état et de la précarité de sa situation ; elle est victime d'un vol à l'arraché. Très réactive, la jeune future mère poursuit son agresseur. Le tueur à gage témoin involontaire de la scène, est subitement subjugué par cette jeune femme énergique, et pour lui venir en aide, il stoppe net l'individu. Mais sous le choc de la collision, son propre téléphone, identique à l'autre, lui tombe des mains et dans la confusion, il le remet à la jeune fille.

When network engineer Simon J. In Cambridge, three animal liberation activists break into a medical research laboratory with the intent of freeing captive chimpanzees. They are interrupted by a scientist, who desperately warns them that the chimps are infected with a highly contagious rage-inducing virus that is spread through blood and saliva. The USS Tiger Shark is a U.S. Navy submarine on patrol in the Atlantic Ocean during World War II in August 1943. She receives orders to pick up survivors spotted adrift by a British PBY Catalina patrol plane. She retrieves three survivors – the British nurse Claire Paige (Olivia Williams) and two men, one of them wounded – from the British hospital ship Fort James, which had been sunk two days earlier; one of the survivors blames the sinking on a German U-boat that he briefly saw on the surface just before the Fort James suffered a torpedo hit. As they pick up the survivors, the crew of the Tiger Shark spots a German warship bearing down on them. The submarine has several encounters with the German warship and suffers damage from depth charges in the process. Later, the commanding officer of the Tiger Shark, Lieutenant Brice (Bruce Greenwood), discovers that the wounded survivor is actually a German prisoner-of-war, Bernard Schillings (Jonathan Hartman). Brice confronts him because he thinks Schillings has been making noises to betray the Tiger Shark‍ '​s position to the German warship. Brice shoots Schillings dead when the German panics and grabs a scalpel to defend himself.
