On October 6, 1970, while on holiday in Istanbul, Turkey, American college student Billy Hayes straps 2 kg of hashish blocks to his chest. While attempting to board a plane back to the United States with his girlfriend, Billy is arrested by Turkish police on high alert due to fear of terrorist attacks. He is strip-searched, photographed and questioned. After a while, a shadowy American (who is never named, but is nicknamed "Tex" by Billy due to his thick Texan accent) arrives, takes Billy to a police station and translates for Billy for one of the detectives. On questioning Billy tells them that he bought the hashish from a taxicab driver, and offers to help the police track him down in exchange for his release. Billy goes with the police to a nearby market and points out the cab driver, but when they go to arrest the cabbie, it becomes apparent that the police have no intention of keeping their end of the deal with Billy. He sees an opportunity and makes a run for it, only to get cornered and recaptured by the mysterious American.

The inept secret agent Thou-Vou (Thanasis Vengos) shas finally graduated. He and his fellow agent MAP 31 (Antonis Papadopoulos) partner up to open their own agency. Their first customers are drama film director Tzimis Paloukas (Vasilis Andreopoulos) and his associates from the film company "Ah Vah" (Greek: Αχ Βαχ, the term means woe). They task them with three missions but their true intention is to secretly film the agents in action. They are fully aware of their ineptness and intend to use the footage for Ah Vah's first comedy film. The missions are an excuse for a series of gags.

Keeping an old resentment against Montelepre – a Sicilian aristocratic family –, an influential gangster named Rizzardi (Vasilis Diamantopoulos), takes possession of the palace of last representative of the family, Francesco Montelepre (Sami Frey), who he plans to kill. Stripped of its property, Francesco flew to Athens to find a witness for Rizzardi’s crimes so that justice is done. Still Navarra found and pursues them. Francesco kill him, but in the exchange of gunfire, Anna was fatally wounded by a bullet. Francesco returned to Sicily to take revenge by killing Rizzardi .

Après la mort de son père, Anna-Margo (Voula Harilaou) quitte la maison familiale car elle ne s'entend plus avec sa mère et son frère Alexandros (Thannasis Mylonas). Elle s'installe à l'hôtel. Cependant, elle est toujours en contact avec sa famille en raison de problèmes liés à l'héritage. Un jour, une femme Evi Linardou l'appelle et la menace. Anna-Margo fait alors appel à un avocat Tonis Karzis (Michalis Nikolinakos) pour retrouver cette Evi Linardou. L'enquête de l'avocat le mène chez un peintre Bampis Fokas puis un photographe Valentinos pour qui Linardou aurait posé. C'est alors que Valentinos et Alexandros sont assassinés et qu'Anna-Margo disparaît. Karzis finit par retrouver Linardou. Il apprend qu'elle est la meilleure amie d'Anna-Margo ainsi que l'épouse d'Alexandros. Il apprend aussi qu'Anna Margo souffre de schizophrénie.
