A Company Man (Hangul: 회사원; RR: Hoi-sa-won) is a 2012 South Korean action thriller film, starring So Ji-sub, Lee Mi-yeon, Kwak Do-won and Kim Dong-jun. It is about a hitman who find himself targeted by his ex-employers after he falls in love with a single mother and quits his job.
Synopsis
Hyeong-do (So Ji-sub) wears a suit and tie like any other rank-and-file white collar worker... except his profession is a hitman. Seemingly a section chief in the sales division of a metal fabrication company that is actually a front for an organization of hit men, Hyeong-do is regarded as one of the best contract killers in the business and is up for promotion soon. One day, he meets a single mother named Mi-yeon (Lee Mi-yeon) and instantly falls in love. Feeling guilty about his bloody past, Hyeong-do tries to quit the "manufacturer" to the surprise of his colleagues and his enemies. Cha Tae-sik leads a quiet life running a pawnshop. His only friend is a little girl, So-mi, who lives next door. So-mi's mother, Hyo-jeong, is a heroin addict who steals drugs from a feared organized crime group. She pawns her camera bag to Tae-sik; he does not realize it has the stolen drugs inside. Crime lord Oh Myung-gyu sends his subordinates, brothers Man-Seok and Jong-seok to retrieve the drugs; Jong-seok and his henchman Lum Rowan torture Hyo-jeong to find the drugs' location, then kidnap her and So-mi. Two gangsters, Du-chi and "Bear" go to Tae-sik pawn shop, but Tae-sik easily overpowers them. When he finds that Hyo-jeong and So-mi have been kidnapped, he gives them the bag, and Rowan kills Bear to set him up as the fall guy.

New York City Police Department Lieutenant Nick Chen (Chow) is head of the Asian Gang Unit. Whilst working for the CIA, Chan Ka-kui (Jackie Chan) is assigned to follow leads of a nuclear smuggling case. He follows a woman named Natasha to Ukraine, when he realizes that she had been hiding vital information, Ka-kui calls for backup and she is later arrested. However, Natasha's partner is an unknown man, who turns out to be Jackson Tsui (Jackson Liu), a Chinese American nuclear scientist with CIA links, suspected of stealing a nuclear warhead. Ka-kui follows Tsui to a restricted area, and after a trap set by Tsui, the CIA agents together with Ukrainian authorities engage in battle. Ka-kui finds a briefcase which contained evidence from Tsui, but as he is chased by unknown forces, Ka-kui loses the briefcase as he falls into frozen waters.

Kitano plays Murakawa, an enforcer for the Tokyo-based yakuza tired of gangster life. In New Orleans, a homeless veteran named Douglas Binder is the target of a hunt. When retired police detective Fan Chi-hung (Alex Man) hears that his former superior Brown's (Roger Ball) son has been kidnapped, he comes back to Hong Kong from the United States to assist in the rescue. Along with Brown's adopted son, Kit (Andy Lau), they go through several investigations and finally rescues the child, which Brown is grateful about. Fan also takes the opportunity to see his ex-lover, Shirley (Kelly Yiu). Kit also knows Shirley and gradually falls for her daughter, Cindy (Regina Kent). However, thing suddenly change. It is revealed that Brown actually engulfed a huge sum of money from a Japanese company, which leads Yakuza member Hoshida (Michael Chan) to Hong Kong to find out the truth. Hoshida, who was originally named Pu, was Shirley's ex-husband when the former was a triad member in Hong Kong. When Browns learns about this relationship, he tells Fan to depart from Hong Kong and let him negotiate in Japan. Unexpectedly, Brown betrays Fan, and the Yakuza tries to kill Kit and Fan and later kills Kit and Cindy. Fan also unintentionally learns of Hoshida and Shirley's relationship and Fan decides to battle to death with the Yakuza.
