Synopsis
Ashok Deb Burman (Sabyasachi Chakrabarty), un riche homme d'affaires, vit éloigné de sa fille Madhuja (Anjana Basu). Celle-ci le hait, car il l'a désavouée après qu'elle a épousé un homme contre ses souhaits. Après vingt-cinq années de relations décousues, Ashok, qui s'est assagi avec l'âge, souhaite se réconcilier avec elle. Pour y parvenir, il fait appel à son petit-fils, Aditya Deb Burman (Jeet).Actors

Dibakar Singha (Jeet) is a police sub-inspector from Hridaypur, a small fictional town in the Birbhum district of Bengal. He is loved and respected by the entire town. Arjun Sarkar (Supriyo Dutta) deals in real estate as a cover, but is in fact a kidnapper and extortionist from Howrah who terrorizes the citizens and has the police on his payroll. The film begins with Abir (Ankush Hazra), a young, energetic photojournalist working for the private newspaper Anandabazar Patrika (ABP), witnessing Naxalites robbing a local bank. He chases them and manages to click photos of the robbers. When he tries to escape, he is stopped by a young woman Naina (Srabanti Malakar) who assumes he is the culprit and helps the robbers to take his camera. However, Abir manages to secure the memory card of the camera. The cops catch him, and to prove that he is a press photographer he shows the photos to them. The cops identify everyone in the photos except the gang leader (whose face is covered by a mask). At his office, Abir again meets Nayana, who has newly joined as Article Editor.
