Synopsis
Bien qu'issus d'un quartier prospère, Francis, Lune et Éric ont connu une enfance difficile, marquée par la violence de leur père ou de leurs camarades. Lorsqu'ils se retrouvent, quelques années après s'être perdus de vue, ils sont tous trois membres de bandes criminelles. Amoureux de Lune, qui se prostitue afin de pouvoir se procurer de la drogue, Francis cherche à la guérir de sa dépendance, dont souffre également Éric, qui cache ses véritables sentiments à l'égard de son ami. Avec l'aide de Sandra, une prostituée plus âgée devenue la protectrice de Lune, Francis arrache cette dernière à l'emprise de Gros Sale et de sa bande. Son geste attise alors les rivalités qui existaient déjà entre son clan et celui de Lune.Actors

En 1965, à Saint-Ludger-de-Milot au Lac Saint-Jean, trois sœurs et leur frère se retrouvent après une longue interruption de contact. Set primarily in and around Igloolik in 1922, the film depicts the encounter between a group of Inuit in Arctic Canada led by one of the last shamans of the Canadian Inuit, Aua, and three Danish ethnographers and explorers, Knud Rasmussen, Therkel Mathiassen and Peter Freuchen during the latter's "Great Sled Journey" of 1922. The film tells three stories. The first two are about two couples whose lives are extreme opposites but they share one thing in common: an unexpected pregnancy. Carmine and Sasha live in a carefree world and the arrival of a child blows their middle-class life to the ground: behind the illusion of their fancy condominium and their successful careers hides a couple that is in pain and living with secrets and lies. Satin Records, which twenty years prior had rejected rock and roll band Eddie and the Cruisers last album A Season in Hell, launches an "Eddie Lives!" campaign to make more money from his image in a publicity stunt, despite them not believing he is alive. The record label re-releases the band's first album, which becomes an even bigger hit than it had on its first release. As seen in the first film, the "lost recordings" from Season in Hell are released and become yet another hit album. In fact, Eddie Wilson is living, and he had simply slipped away following the car crash in which he was believed killed. By that stage in his life, he simply wanted to leave music behind him. The newly generated constant spotlight surrounding his supposed death angers the reclusive rocker, by now living in Canada as a construction worker under the name Joe West.
