Daggaraga Dooramga (English: Nearer Farther) is a 2011 Romantic Action Telugu film starring Sumanth, Vedhika and Sindhu Tolani in the lead. It was released on 26 August 2011. It was dubbed into Tamil as Poovodum Puyalodum.
Synopsis
Gowtham (Sumanth) is an ad filmmaker and creates an "imaginary model" for one of his ad films. That model happens to be Meenakshi (Vedhika), whose engagement is canceled due to Gowtham’s sleazy ads. Meenakshi comes to Hyderabad from Vizag to take action on that ad agency.Actors

There are two brothers called Bommana Brothers (Allari Naresh and Krishna Bhagavaan) who were thieves by profession and their parents (Tanikella Bharani and Kovai Sarala) always encourage them to do thefts as they too practise the same. Relangi Rajababu is such a 'nice guy' that he files a case against a girl who attempted to harass him, and did not succumb to her, because he wished to remain 'pure' for the woman he marries. After landing a job as an SI, his parents force him to get married because his dowry will be useful for his sister's wedding. No girl wants to marry him now, because they wonder if he is man enough since he rejected a girl like her. He ends up marrying a rich, plump girl Soundarya after his parents and family threaten to commit suicide if he doesn't accept the proposal. Now this 'nice guy' suddenly turns to other women and wants to divorce his fat wife. His attempts to make her grant him a divorce and whether he turns over a new leaf is the rest of the story.

Subrahmanyam (Allari Naresh) is an intelligent, hardworking software engineer. He lives with his uncle (Ahuti Prasad), keeps the poster of Bill Gates in his room, spends most of his time with his girlfriend Madhu (Anita Hassanandani), and Busy Balraj (Brahmanandam). After getting drunk heavily one night, he wakes up with a girl Sanjana (Ritu Barmecha). Neither he nor does the girl remember how they got together, but they both start to believe that they had sex. It isn't before too long that the girl's goon brothers (Srihari, Subbaraju, Samrat), warn him of dire consequences if he doesn't get married to their innocent sister. No matter how hard he tries to escape the marriage, it seems he can't evade the brothers eyes. Just when he has given up all hope and agrees to the forced marriage, he stumbles upon a secret that turns the tables on the brothers. In spite of having the upper hand over the brothers, poor Subbu still finds himself in a drama of love and backbiting created by them. Who wins at last forms the rest of the story.

Chandra Shekhar aka Chandu (Nitin) is a daredevil youth and is a fearless boy. Once he comes across a beautiful girl Nandu (Hansika Motwani), daughter of a dreaded factionalist Peddi Reddy (Suman). Soon he loses his heart. He starts teasing her and wants to prove that he is sincerely loving Nandu. He tells Nandu that he could do anything for her. Then the latter tells him that he should not follow her until she calls him. In order to grab her attention, he sends his father (Chandramohan) and mother (Pragati) to express his love and let her know that they too encourage him instead of trying to divert his attention from love. Later Nandu realises that she too is truly loving him. At this juncture, Jayaprakash Reddy (Jayaprakash Reddy) goes to Peddi Reddy for an alliance for his brother's son Veera Pratap Reddy (Saleem Baig). Peddi Reddy refuses to marry Nandu with Veera Pratap Reddy. This flares up the factionalism between the two. At a time when Nandu wants to express her love to Chandu, she is taken away by her father to their village. The climax deals as to how the two meet and how the success of their love turns up.
