Ce film a été écrit par Claude Legault et Pierre-Yves Bernard et réalisé par Claude Desrosiers. Il est sorti en 2004. Un deuxième film est sorti le 18 avril 2008.
Synopsis
2034 : La destruction de la couche d'ozone accélère de plus en plus le réchauffement climatique transformant la Terre en fournaise. Le Canada décide d'envoyer dans l'espace le vaisseau Romano Fafard afin de trouver une nouvelle planète pouvant accueillir 6 puis 5 et enfin 4 milliards 'de tatas'. L'équipage comprend notamment le capitaine Charles Patenaude, Bob Dieudonné-Marcellin le pilote, Flavien Bouchard le technicien radar second officier et Brad Spitfire, un scientifique malveillant.Actors

L'histoire commence alors que l'équipage du Romano Fafard tourne une vidéo destinée aux terriens concernant leur sonde #5. Quelques jours auparavant, le capitaine Patenaude et Serge-18 consultent les résultats de la sonde. Pendant leur analyse des planètes, la sonde percute un chevreuil spatial, ce qui la fait s'écraser sur la planète «Crème hydratante pour le visage soulage la peau sèche». Une fois sur la planète, à la suite d'une fausse alerte de Flavien et un problème avec Brad, l'équipage se fait encercler par les «Crémeux». À la suite d'un tir de charge débilitante par Brad (qui fait répéter à un soldat « On vote Mario Dumont »), l'équipage est contraint de se donner une fausse identité et leur explique leur problème. Une fois le gouverneur suprême informé de la situation, les terriens sont, à cause de Bob, obligé de leur dire la vérité, ce que le gouverneur dit ne pas se soucier, à la joie de ces derniers. Alors que le gouverneur est sur le point de leur révéler l'emplacement de la sonde, un attentat éclate et ce dernier est blessé et conduit à bord du vaisseau. Avant l'évacuation de l'équipage, Bob reçoit un mot de la messagère, que Bob croit être un mouchoir, qu'il utilise et garde sur lui. Lors de l'opération du gouverneur, ce dernier parvient à articuler que la sonde est sur la planète des iraziens et que c'est la planète traversée par un anneau ("Le capitaine et Serge 18 ont sondé cette planète") . Le problème étant que le capitaine est très strict sur son éthique et ne veut pas attaquer une planète habitée, ce qui cause des conflits au sein de l'équipage, surtout avec Brad. Lors d'une nuit où le capitaine s'endort sur place (debout), Brad explique le fonctionnement des cartes du vaisseau et du canon au gouverneur. Cette nuit même, ce dernier parvient à tirer un missile vers les iraziens mais rate la cible, ce qui a été déjoué par Flavien. Alors que le gouverneur est en prison et que Brad est sur le point subir le même sort, Flavien informe l'équipage que le missile lancé était un «Génération X», ce qui signifie qu'il finit toujours par revenir vivre chez ses parents (il revient vers le vaisseau). Flavien tire donc un autre missile sur le premier. Le souffle de l'explosion propulse le vaisseau dans les limbes. À l'intérieur, des fantômes leur révèlent qu'il reste six mois de vie sur Terre, ce qui pousse le capitaine à laisser de côté ses principes et prendre de force la planète des iraziens.

2005 : to convince French people on the interest of space research and its budget, a contest is organised : a scrach game with millions of scratchcards, where the two winners will receive their ticket for space. They must leave for the French orbital station (which only exists for the film and does not exist in reality) with two professional astronauts and a scientist. The adventure will not happen like expected. One of the contestants, who has cheated to obtain the ticket, appears to be once in space, a dangerous madman seeking for revenge.

The newly established P-Fleet travels to a remote region of space. They approach an anomaly, identified as a "maggot hole". On the bridge of the C.P.P. Potkustartti, Captain James B. Pirk (Samuli Torssonen) reminisces about his experiences since the end of the previous film, Star Wreck V: Lost Contact. In 2079, there is a colony on the Moon called Little America. A retired smuggler called Pluto Nash (Eddie Murphy), who just left prison, buys a nightclub, in an attempt to fulfil a long-time wish of his. Additionally, this prevents the murder by ingestion of battery acid of the club's previous owner, Anthony Frankowski (Jay Mohr), a Polish polka dancer, by mobsters Gino (Burt Young) and Larry (Lillo Brancato) whom Anthony owed money to. Pluto rebuilds the club and establishes it as "Club Pluto." In the next seven years, Club Pluto becomes a very popular Little America nightclub. Its staff consists of Pluto himself, a Hispanic assistant, and an android named Bruno (Randy Quaid), an inferior 63 plus model.

Emperor Tod Spengo (Jon Lovitz), with General Afir (Thalmus Rasulala) at his side, takes over a small planet at the edge of the galaxy populated entirely by idiots, and renames it after himself. He orders that all the resources of the planet should be engaged to create his "Super Death Ray Laser"; the laser's purpose is to destroy Earth, thus making Spengo the greatest planet in the Universe. When Spengo looks at exactly where his laser would strike, he sees Marge Nelson (Teri Garr) exercising — and falls in love. Using his Magnobeam (a giant magnet), he kidnaps Marge and her husband, Dick (Jeffrey Jones), as they are on their way to a 20th-anniversary weekend, hoping to make Marge his wife before he blows up the Earth. Dick and Marge get separated on Spengo: Marge is sent to the lap of luxury, waited on by small people with fish or dog heads, while Dick is thrown into a dungeon. In the dungeon, however, Dick meets the rightful king of Spengo, Raff (Eric Idle), who has plans hidden in his pants for his son, called the White Bird, out in the desert.

In an unspecified future, Barbarella is assigned by the President of Earth to retrieve Doctor Durand Durand from the Tau Ceti region. Durand Durand is the inventor of the Positronic Ray, a weapon that Earth leaders fear will fall into the wrong hands. Barbarella crashes on the 16th planet of Tau Ceti and is soon knocked unconscious by two mysterious girls, who take Barbarella to the wreckage of a spaceship. Inside the wreckage, she is tied up and several children emerge from within the ship. They set out several dolls which have razor sharp teeth. As the dolls begin to bite her, Barbarella faints but is rescued by Mark Hand, the Catchman, who patrols the ice looking for errant children. While Hand takes her back to her ship, Barbarella offers to reward Mark and he suggests sex. She says that people on Earth no longer have penetrative intercourse but consume exaltation transference pills and press their palms together when their "psychocardiograms are in perfect harmony". Hand prefers the bed, and Barbarella agrees. Hand's vessel makes long loops around Barbarella's crashed vessel while the two have sex, and when it finally comes to a stop, Barbarella is blissfully humming. After Hand repairs her ship, Barbarella departs and promises to return, agreeing that doing things the old-fashioned way is occasionally best.

The Tracy family, led by former astronaut Jeff Tracy, operate International Rescue, a secret organization that aids those in need using the technologically advanced machines called Thunderbirds. The youngest son Alan lives at a boarding school on the mainland dreaming of being a Thunderbird pilot. Lady Penelope is an International Rescue agent, travelling to Tracy Island in the South Pacific in her limo FAB 1. The Thunderbirds return from an oil rig fire, but Alan and Fermat play around in Thunderbird 1, discovering a strange compound splattered on the side. Unbeknownst to them, the compound is a tracking beacon being used by the Hood, a psychic criminal mastermind who has a vendetta against Jeff for not saving him in a collapsing diamond mine while his brother Kyrano was rescued.
