Synopsis
Dr. Henry Jekyll ingests a mix of ether and cocaine and goes insane. As the monstrous Edward "Jack the Ripper" Hyde, he murders a prostitute who resembles one that he previously met as a child. He begins a murder spree, using the mixture, originally meant to be an anesthetic, to influence prostitutes and the johns to torture and kill each other.Actors

Ayant quitté le pays à cause d'une mésentente avec son père, Lola (Micka), après une longue absence, revient sur les lieux de son enfance et de son adolescence. Son père est mort et c'est le jardinier Raoul qui vient l'accueillir à l'aéroport. During a lunchtime tryst in Phoenix, Arizona, a real estate secretary named Marion Crane discusses with her boyfriend, Sam Loomis, how they cannot afford to get married because of Sam's debts. After lunch, Marion returns to work, where a client drops off a $40,000 cash payment on a property. Her boss asks her to deposit the money in the bank, and she asks if she can take the rest of the afternoon off. Returning home, she begins to pack for an unplanned trip, deciding to steal the money and give it to Sam in Fairvale, California. She is seen by her boss on her way out of town, which makes her nervous. During the trip, she pulls over on the side of the road and falls asleep, only to be awakened by a state patrol officer. He is suspicious about her nervous behavior but allows her to drive on. Shaken by the encounter, Marion stops at an automobile dealership and trades in her Ford Mainline, with its Arizona license plates, for a Ford Custom 300 that has California tags. Her transaction is all for naught - the highway patrolman sees her at the car dealership and witnesses her purchase of the newer car.

Ivan Mozer (Lyle Alzado) is a serial killer who has been convicted of the rape, torture and murder of 23 people. Mozer is given the death penalty by electrocution. At his execution, he boasts of having killed 24 people. A power outage caused by a riot prevents the execution, but Mozer receives a jolt of electricity before the power fails. The prison staff assumes that Mozer is killed during the riot, but he manages to escape. The prison subsequently is abandoned. Mozer lives within the abandoned prison with the assistance of his father, who had been employed as a guard. Eighteen months later, a film crew arrives at the prison to shoot an exploitation film titled Death House Dollies. They discover that Mozer survived his electrocution due to an unusual genetic gift. The jolt of electrical energy made him "half-alive", leaving him in a feral state and granting him spontaneous regeneration.
