Après la naissance de leur enfant, Arturo et Paloma, aidés de leur fidèles amis, s'activent pour l'élever tout en restant cachés de leurs parents. Malheureusement, ceux-ci découvrent la vérité et leur retirent l'enfant, lequel est placé dans un orphelinat dirigé par des nonnes. Le jeune couple et leurs amis s'unissent alors pour le récupérer. Ils s'infiltrent de nuit dans l'orphelinat et retrouvent le bébé, reconnaissable par une tache de naissance en forme de lune sur la jambe. Les jeunes parents prennent ensuite la fuite afin d'élever leur petit garçon en paix.

Un groupe d'adolescents sans aucune éducation sexuelle vit ses premiers amours et passions. Paloma, une fille de douze ans et Arturo, un garçon de quinze tombent amoureux. The film shows a humorous version of four episodes of Genesis: Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel, the Flood and the Tower of Babel, also Abraham appears very briefly at the end. There are many anachronisms for humorous purposes, such as Noah's Ark having windscreen wipers or Cain singing the Internationale and absurd jokes such as Noah painting stripes on a white horse to hide not having a zebra.

The movie begins with Eugene (Zach Cregger) and his best friend Tucker (Trevor Moore) as kids. They sneak into the bedroom closet of Eugene's brother, as he recently acquired a valuable Michael Jordan rookie card.
