Synopsis
Two friends of Rome enlist with the police station to make a change in their lives. In the barracks the two meet a third friend: Adalberto, with whom they share their adventures during the various missions assigned to them. But the three are very messy and fail to complete even one of these without disasters and clumsiness. When one day one two friends: Marino, discovers that another friend was cheating on him with his girlfriend, he breaks the relationship, but is again called to arms.Actors

In Italy burden of the economic crisis three men in Rome: Ulisse, Fulvio and Domenico decide to rent an apartment together in order to live with their modest work. However the three encounter any difficulties that have forced them to always be one step away from starvation. Ulisse has to maintain his wife and daughter selling recordings of important foreign singers, Fulvio has the task of reviewing silly scandals of celebrities instead of writing articles for major artists, while Domenico must keep his wife and children going to make love with old single pensioners. At the end of the story the three, despite all the difficulties, able to have a little luck in their lives.

Gepy is a famous host of a very popular Italian talk show in Rome. On the talk show, in which the serious problems of the Italians of the lower middle class are (trivially) analyzed, one day a disabled girl who is forced in a wheelchair is invited to participate. Carlo Verdone plays three roles in three episodes joined together. The Roman hick Enzo must by car with a friend to reach a party of friends outside of Italy.
