The film is the third in the Kickboxer film series with only Sasha Mitchell and Dennis Chan returning from the previous films. It was also the last film to feature Dennis Chan as Xian Chow.
Synopsis
The movie opens with a distressed woman being chased through a tropical forest by an unknown pursuer. It is soon revealed that the woman is attempting to escape from Frank Lane, an American running an illegal child sex ring operation in Brazil. Upon being recaptured, she is taken back to Lane's home and executed in front of the other slaves, as punishment for her actions.Actors

The film opens with a recap of earlier events in the series, as David Sloan writes a letter to his wife, Vicky. It is one year after the events of the first film. It is revealed that kickboxing brothers Kurt and Eric Sloane have been killed by Tong Po in Thailand. David Sloane (Mitchell), the youngest and last surviving brother, struggles to keep the family kickboxing gym afloat. Although his will to compete has waned since the loss of his brothers, financial problems eventually force Sloane to fight again in a new organization run by a crooked promoter. His surprising comeback ultimately attracts the attention of Po (Qissi) who, having been defeated by Kurt, seeks to defeat David in the ring and regain his honor. But when Sloane announces his retirement after the bout, Po's manager Sanga (Tagawa) hires a group of thugs to burn down the gym, injuring Sloane and killing one of his young students.

C.I.A. Agent Sean Davidson (David Bradley) is sent on a new mission. It turns out that the situation is really a grave one. Colonel Scott Mulgrew (Booth) an anti-American Army officer from Britain has sided with Sheik Maksood (Ron Smezarack) a Muslim militant who is planning to use a suitcase nuke to erase New York from the face of the earth. Police Officer China O'Brien (Cynthia Rothrock) is a good cop who teaches martial arts class to her fellow officers.
