The film is based on a story by Ernest Booth. This gangster-themed romantic thriller about a criminal's daughter who tries to reform a petty crook whom she loves featured Clara Bow, Richard Arlen, Mary Alden and Helen Lynch.
No copies of this film are known to survive, and it is listed by most sources as a lost film.
The women's costumes were designed by Travis Banton and Edith Head, both of whom had long, distinguished careers in Hollywood.

Jack Powell and David Armstrong are rivals in the same small American town, both vying for the attentions of pretty Sylvia Lewis. Jack fails to realize that "the girl next door", Mary Preston, is desperately in love with him. The two young men both enlist to become combat pilots in the Air Service. Une jeune femme jouée par Loretta Young se retrouve devant un tribunal pour meurtre. Pendant que le jury se retire pour délibérer, l'accusée est emmenée dans le bureau du greffier. Wong Low Get (Edward G. Robinson) is the most highly respected hatchet man of his Tong. Having sworn total allegiance, he cannot turn down an order, even one to kill his best friend Sun Yat Ming (J. Thad Walker (Tab Hunter), a spoiled, rich kid from Boston, who had gotten in serious trouble with the law, fled to France to join the French Foreign Legion in World War I. Lilly Turner est une jeune fille naïve qui tombe amoureuse d'hommes malhonnêtes.
