Jeevan reprises the lead role, while the female roles are enacted by Sangeetha, Lakshmi Rai, Shweta Menon and Sruthi Prakash and Rachana Maurya. D. Imman, who did the film score for the first part of the film, replaced Vijay Antony as the music director. The film was released on 27 November 2009.

Synopsis
Annamalai's photograph appears in a newspaper along with an interview of Maria (Rachana Maurya), who claims herself to be a saint propounding a new faith. She describes him as her God, Vaali. A mafia-turned-spiritualist she attributes her transformation to him in the interview. This prompts three women to come calling Maria all the way.Actors

Ranjit Rai (Sadashiv Amrapurkar) and Harbanslal (Dalip Tahil) are two wealthy business magnates who despise the poor. Thus, they decide their children, Ajay (Ajay Devgan) and Madhu (Juhi Chawla), will marry wealthy spouses. They try to break their children's friendship with Raja (Aamir Khan) and Kajal (Kajol), who are both poor. They fix up Ajay's marriage with Madhu and send Ajay to meet Madhu. As fate would have it, Ajay falls in love with Kajal instead and Raja and Madhu fall in love. This angers the two men, and they try to bribe Raja and Kajal into leaving Madhu and Ajay. When this doesn't work, they try to get Raja and Kajal killed. When the children realize what their fathers really did, they refuse to back down, their determination set in stone.

Kalidasan (Lal) works in the state archaeological department in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) and is a food lover. His only companion is his cook, Babu (Baburaj). Manu Raghav (Asif Ali) is Kalidasan's nephew who comes to stay with him, while looking for a job. Kalidasan has a normal life until he gets a mis-dialled phone call from Maya (Shweta Menon), a dubbing artiste living with her friend Meenakshi (Mythili). Michael Prithviraj Narayanan (Atharvaa) is a Pizza Delivery Boy, his mother is Mary (Devadarshini) and his bestfriends are Jagan (Jagan) and Christina (Raai Laxmi). Prithviraj receives complaints from his boss (Manobala) for slow pizza delivery, he follows every rule on riding the bike after a bike accident where he witnessed his father's death. Prithviraj falls in love with Samyuktha aka Sam (Priya Anand), they become friends and she asks him to buy a bike. Samyuktha suggested him to get a Ducati Diavel known as Raven. But that very bike brings danger to Prithvi due to a shocking past. One day Prithviraj and Sam get into an argument when he attempts to kiss her and she tells him that she only likes him as a friend. On the way home, Samyuktha is kidnapped by mysterious bikers. Prithviraj, Jagan and Christina look for clues to find the kidnappers. The kidnapper is revealed to be Don Stoney (Johnny Tri Nguyen) who was the first owner of Prithviraj's bike. Don Stoney named his bike as the Raven for its extreme speed. Stoney fired after he beats a guy who scratches his Raven. Stoney is obsessed with his Raven, Stoney's brother rides the Raven competing Michael. At the race, Stoney's brother loses the Raven to Michael and Stoney's brother commit's suicide. After that Michael and his father met an accident which kills his father. Michael received a call from Stoney who asked Michael to come to his hideout at Mahé. Michael enters a race against Stoney and wagers pink slips for the Raven. During the race, Stoney gains an advantage, but loses it when Michael uses his extreme skill to catch up to Stoney, handing the victory to Michael. Afterwards, Stoney release Samyuktha and says that he does not need Raven without winning it. Michael and Samyuktha flees with Raven after the win.

The film is about Casanovva, a serial womaniser. Casanovva is the owner of Casanovva’s Eternal Spring, an international chain of flower boutiques. He has at his beck and call a faithful array of female followers including his staff, friends and former girlfriends, who will do anything for him. The film starts with a robbery carried out by the four criminals and they decided their next target in a wedding hall. They entered the wedding place as Casonnovva's (Mohanlal) guests. Cassonovva recognises them but allows them to attend the marriage function keeping some plan in his mind. The young criminals ( Alexi, Salim, Arjun, Kiran ) took some photos of their targeted rich persons and collect their details. Casanovva watches this all and does not respond at the spot. The next day was the wedding ceremony. Casanovva, with the aid of his friend in a TV channel (without revealing his plan), planned for a live telecast program to capture the young criminal's robbery. But unfortunately, the wedding was postponed due to some unexpected reasons. Thus the robbers pulled off from their plan. But within this time the TV channel peoples came and ready for the telecast. Suddenly Casanovva got an idea and announced a new live romance reality show through the channel named FALL IN LOVE. Then he created some plans to made the two peoples in the robbery gang to fall in love with Hanna (Lakshmi Rai) and Ann Mary (Roma) and telecast their love scenes using hidden cameras through the live reality show FALL IN LOVE. Hanna loves one of the young robber by hearing the words of Casonovva, who was her boss. The four robbers tried to steal a sword, but casanovva (wearing a mask in face) interrupts them and took the sword from them. By this time, the TV show became popular and cause some problems to Ann Mary, the robbers and even Hanna. Hanna asks his boss, Casanovva what his plan was. At the moment, Casanovva reveals his flashback to Hanna.
