Starring Nagarjuna Akkineni , Srikanth, Soundarya, Rajendra Prasad in the lead roles and music composed by S. A. Rajkumar, dialogues were penned by Trivikram Srinivas and cinematography by Shyam K Naidu. The film recorded as Super Hit at the box-office.
It is a remake of the 1999 Superhit Tamil film Nee Varuvai Ena which starred Parthiban and Devayani in lead roles, with Ajith Kumar in a guest appearance.
Synopsis
Kalyan (Srikanth) spends his time dreaming of marriage. On a bus ride to Pattiseema (Godavari Zilla) to take up a promotion as a bank manager, he is involved in an accident loses his eyesight. The scene shifts to three months later when he recovers he goes back to Pattiseema with his friend Ramesh (Rajendra Prasad). Meghamala (Soundarya), living in the house opposite his, showers affection on him, giving him coffee, providing him with hot water, etc. But when he visits with his parents, to talk about marriage, she rejects him revealing the real reason behind her attachment to Kalyan, she tells him of her ill-fated love affair with Srinivas (Nagarjuna Akkineni) who died in same accident and his eyes are transplanted to Kalyan. Eager to send Kalyan on his way, Meghamala sends a letter to Kalyan's home on his name, accepting the latest girl Srilakshmi (Ravali) they picked for him and Kalyan returns home to find arrangements for his wedding in full swing, Meghamala also arrives to marriage but Kalyan's parents sends her away. Next day she sees Kalyan in the opposite house knowing that he cancelled the marriage, Ramesh married Srilakshmi. Finally, he says that "they live life long seeing to each other".Actors

Misro (Charan Raj) is a dacoit SP Chakravarthy (Sarath Babu) arrests him. Misro wounds himself and is taken to hospital for cure, where Chakravarthy is waiting for his wife Geeta (Sangeetha) who is on labor and she gives birth to twins and the doctor says that both children have reflection mentality, that means "if it pains to one other also hurts" depending on distance. Misro escapes and takes one of the twins with him, hurting Geeta. Chakravarthy goes behind him, but he could not find the child but shoots Misro. The child was taken by a lady who works as a daily labor with her husband. They have a daughter and one day in an accident at construction place were killed. The two children become orphans and they grew up, but the brother Deva (Nagarjuna) with his friend Kaasi another orphan (Brahmanandam) become thieves for earning. On the other hand, Geetha goes into coma and Chakravarthy takes her to America for the cure, where another twin Ravi Varma (also Nagarjuna) is brought up. He returns India as a rock start to give performances here. He is received by Giribabu (Chakravarthy's friend) who wishes to give his daughter Manga (Ramya Krishna) to him. But Ramya is in love with Deva. In the airport, he sees Ooha (Soundarya) daughter of Akkamanba (Annapurna) who is organizing his public performances and falls in love with her. Simhachalam (Srihari) who is Akkamanba's brother also wishes to marry Ooha. Meanwhile at home Manga advances with him thinking he is Deva only. One day in a restaurant they see each other and find that they are identical which leads to hilarious misunderstandings.

The entire story goes on the protection of tribal in a forest against a tiger and deadly gangsters by a forest officer Chaitanya (Akkineni Nagarjuna). Chaitanya goes to the jungle to solve the case of tiger killing the local tribal. There he meets Neeli (Tulasi) and Sanga (Rajendra Prasad) who are in deep love with each other but cannot marry due to caste problem. After going through the case, Chaitanya comes to know that the tiger is not doing any harm to the people, but there are some coward people who are doing all this. How did he eradicate the evil activities and what did he had to pay for it forms the rest of the story.

Vishwanath (SP Balasubramanyam) is a multi-millionaire industrialist. Vijay, (Venkatesh) his only son, having grown up in the United States, has no interest in marriage, his goal is to enjoy his youth as much as possible. Vishwanath would like his son to get married and become responsible, his insistence makes Vijay agree to a marriage but with a unique condition — a kind of a test drive! The marriage will be for a single year, initially, and at the end of the year he can choose to continue it, or not, depending on his attitude towards his wife, in that duration the marriage will be annulled. Radha (Soundarya) is Vishwanath's personal secretary, is a hardworking girl struggling to support her family. Vishwanath asks Radha to quit her job and marry his son, but she refuses when she hears Vijay's strange condition. However, Radha's family is in dire financial straits and, so, she has to reconsider this offer. In return for marrying Vijay, she asks for financial support for her family, which Vishwanath readily provides.

Anjali (Soundarya) is a journalist who witnesses the murder of a senior journalist carrying crucial evidence about a mafia don. Anjali is on a mission to sue this criminal Deva, who is responsible for the murder. Anjali is also harassed by the misdeeds of Deva (Raghuvaran), the most influential person in the region, who runs Hindu Seva Samithi but in reality an undercover Islamic militant, on a mission to release their terrorist group head imprisoned by the state administration. Karthik (Nagarjuna) is a rich architect in Ooty. He falls in love with Padhu (Gracy Singh). Padmavathi takes her own sweet time to accept Karthik's love. Padmavathi has a cute cousin sister Bhanu (Shriya). Bhanu encourages their love and gives courage to Padhu. When Padhu reveals about her love, her father Rama Chandraiah (K. Viswanath) resists and asks her to marry the guy he has chosen for her. Padhu flees from home and marries Karthik. Padmavathi is very eager to get back to her parents and get their blessings. Karthik and Padmavathi migrate to New Zealand and they give birth to a kid named Lucky. Padhu dies in an accident. Rama Chandraiah has a very big joint family. A few of the family members opine that inviting Karthik and his kid for a marriage to happen at their place would give an opportunity to get a closer look at Lucky. When Karthik visits Rama Chandraiah's place he gets mixed responses from different people in the house. Rama Chandraiah doesn't like Karthik and others like him. Over a period of time, Karthik impresses them all and when he was about to go back to New Zealand, Rama Chandraiah expresses his repentance for whatever happened and says that he is accepting Karthik as his son-in-law. Bhanu has fallen in love with Karthik. She meets Karthik, a widower now. She still has feelings for him. But at the same time, there is Pawan (Prabhu Deva) - a childhood friend of Bhanu - who is deeply in love with her. Karthik returns to New Zealand. Bhanu along with Pawan visits Karthik. During that period, Bhanu gets closer to Karthik. When Karthik realizes the intentions of Bhanu, he fixes Pawan as the fiancée for her. Now Bhanu is about to get married to Pawan. Bhanu loves Karthik, but Karthik hesitates to repeat the history by marrying a girl against the wishes of her family. Just as Karthik is about to leave for good with his son, Rama Chandraiah stops him from leaving and pleads him to marry Bhanu. Also, Pawan comes and pleads Karthik to marry Bhanu as he can tell that Bhanu is not happy about the marriage. The film has a happy ending with Karthik and Bhanu marrying.

The story is set in the backdrop of rural India. Thakur Bhanupratap Singh (Amitabh Bachchan) is the head of the “Sooryavansh” ancestry in the village of Bharatpur where he is also the distinguished Sarpanch of the local Gram panchayat. Raja (Venkatesh) and his friend Balu (Sudhakar) are petty thieves. One day they steal an idol of Lord Ganesha from a temple, while escaping from the police they hide in a house, Anjali (Soundarya) who is a governess in that house taking care of three children when remaining all went out of station. During a Buzkashi competition with a neighboring tribe in Afghanistan, Badshah Khan (Amitabh Bachchan) falls in love with Benazir (Sridevi) and wants to marry her. Benazir agrees to marry him on the condition that he must bring her the head of Habib Ullah who killed her father. Badshah Khan goes to India to search for Habibullah. He finds Habibullah in a prison and breaks him out to take him back. He has the jailer Ranveer Singh (Vikram Gokhale) on his trail. In the end he chops off Habibulla's head. He told Ranveer that he would be back in one month to receive punishment (from the Law) for taking Habibulla. Badshah goes back to Afghanistan and marries Benazir; after the time limit he comes back to India and surrenders himself to Rajput Khan and is jailed for five years. While he is away he leaves his childhood friend Khuda Baksh (Danny Denzongpa) to take care of his wife.
