Synopsis
Elmer Hayes is a culprit who was sentenced to death. Before he's put down he escapes from prison. Seeking a revenge he assembles a secret army of terrorists. FBI agent Ken Stewart is sent to Jamaica to defuse this menace and to put a crackdown on arms smuggling to Santo Domingo.Actors

Robert Blood, fils du grand capitaine Peter Blood, est impatient de partir en mer lorsque sa mère lui donne finalement son accord. Robert est assigné un bateau. Alan Armstrong (Kane Richmond) as the Spy Smasher is a costumed vigilante and freelance agent, not associated with the US government as the country has not yet joined its allies in World War II. Three MI6 agents, including one "on loan" to the American government, are killed under mysterious circumstances within 24 hours of each other in the United Nations, New Orleans and a small Caribbean island, San Monique, respectively, while monitoring the operations of Dr. Kananga, the island's dictator. James Bond, agent 007, is sent to New York City to investigate the first murder. Kananga is also in New York, visiting the United Nations. After MI6 agent James Bond, 007, fails a routine training exercise, his superior, M, orders Bond to a health clinic outside London to get back into shape.
