Synopsis
Fernando et ses complices viennent de réussir un joli coup. Ils projettent de fêter l’événement au restaurant le soir. Fernando demande à Paulo d'y inviter Suzie la sœur de ce dernier avec laquelle il avait plus ou moins rompu. Suzie refuse l'invitation et fait comprendre à son frère qu’elle a désormais un nouveau petit ami. Paulo s'en va mais suit sa sœur qui a rendez-vous au restaurant avec Pierre Ménard. Paulo entre dans le restaurant et s'impose à leur table. Là, il fait semblant de sympathiser avec Pierre, et lui pose des questions, quand ce dernier lui apprend qu'il est sertisseur en bijoux de luxe, il flaire le bon coup d'autant que Pierre par naïveté va jusque lui faire le croquis d'un bijou de grande valeur incrusté de diamants.Actors

The film focuses on Kinta, a member of the Himori Yakuza, who has been put in charge of the gang's pork distribution and his girlfriend Haruko, who works at a bar. Kinta is shown working with other gangsters, beating up a local shopkeep who caters to Americans and paying the people who work on the hog farm. When Kinta goes to visit Haruko in the afternoon she leaves without speaking to him and Kinta finds out through her sister that Haruko is being paid 30000 yen to go on a date with a sailor (and that her mother has already spent the money). Haruko returns to Kinta later that night, although Kinta is unhappy because of the earlier events. Haruko reveals that she is pregnant and expresses her concerns about Kinta’s work.

Parce qu'un courtier en paris hippiques ne respecte pas les règles, une rivalité éclate à l'intérieur d'un réseau de bookmakers et conduit à l'assassinat d'un dénommé Max. le commissaire Bruno chargé de l'enquête soupçonne Lucky Luciano, le patron d'un cabaret et Bramati, le patron du café « Chez Saïd ». L'affaire va se compliquer d'une rivalité amoureuse entre Mado, la femme de Lucky et Francine une des anciennes maîtresses. D'autant que Francine est devenue la maîtresse de Durand-Latour, propriétaire de chevaux. Or il se trouve que Gisèle Durand-Latour, la fille du propriétaire a le pouvoir, par sa seule présence, de faire gagner un cheval. Lucky a donc l'idée de faire kidnapper la jeune fille et de porter ses paris sur un outsider lors du grand Prix. Mais les choses ne se passent jamais comme on croit qu'elles vont se passer... La jeune fille est retrouvé et libéré, son cheval gagne. Dépité Lucky abandonne sa maîtresse et s'enfuit en voiture, il est prix en charge par la police et meurt en s’écrasant contre un platane. Avant de mourir il donne le nom de l’assassin.

In 1960s Rome, four young delinquents, nicknamed Cold, Lebanese, Dandi and Grand steal a car. Crashing through a police road block, the driver, Grand is crushed by the steering column. Back at their hideout, a small disused caravan near a beach, they are discovered by the police. Cold, Lebanese and Dandi run away, but are captured. Grand, who is mortally wounded, dies in the caravan. Roll opening credits. Some years later, in the 1970s, Cold is released from prison and joins up with Lebanese, who tells him he has come up with a plan to kidnap and hold to ransom Baron Rossellini, a wealthy aristocrat for whom Lebanese's parents worked. He has formed a gang with Dandi - they are Black, Bright Eye, Ricotta, Bufalo, Rat and Ciro and Aldo Buffoni. After negotiating the ransom of 3 billion lire, the Baron is shot by one of the Cannizzari brothers who have been entrusted by Lebanese to guard him. Nonetheless, they fake the proof of life and get the 3 billion lire. However, the local Police Commissioner Nicola Scialoja manages to record the serial numbers of the ransom money before the gang receive it, setting out to capture the gang. As the gang divide up the money, Lebanese proposes to split 500 million lire between them, and use the remaining 2.5 billion to build a foothold in the criminal underworld of Rome, starting with drug dealing. However, the drugs racket is owned by the dealer Terrible, and so the gang wipe his gang out apart from Gemito, who Lebanese bribes to help them. After his home is raided and his body guards killed, Terrible wakes to find Cold, Lebanese and Dandi in his bedroom. Cornered, he reluctantly agrees to let give control of the racket to the gang.
