The film is based on two volumes of Sinikka Nopola's and Tiina Nopola's children's fantasy book series Ricky Rapper. The book volumes were originally released as Risto Räppääjä ja pakastaja-Elvi of 2000 and Risto Räppääjä ja Nuudelipää of 2001. Ricky Rapper is a comedy for children. It tells about the friendship between 10-year-old boy and girl in the normal suburb neighbourhood. The film was shot in Kartanonkoski in the city of Vantaa in the summer 2007.
Ricky Rapper was the most viewed Finnish film in Finland in 2008 with its 209,506 viewers and it was the sixth most viewed of all the Finnish films. The film received more than 215,000 viewers, and the DVD version has been sold almost 100 000 copies.
The following film Ricky Rapper and the Bicycle Thief was released in 2010, and it received 38,425 viewers in its first weekend – almost double as the previous film.
Synopsis
Ricky lives with his Aunt Serena and loves playing drums. However she breaks her leg and cousin Fanny moves in to take care of the household. "Fanny the Freezer" is strict and orderly – and this means no drums for Ricky. With the help of his downstairs neighbor Nelly Butterfly, Ricky seeks to restore order to the apartment and get his drums back.Actors

In 1974, Raggedy Ann is the beloved doll of Marcella, along with her brother Raggedy Andy and a whole nursery full of colorful toys. Whenever Marcella leaves the room, the dolls come to life. On Marcella's seventh birthday, a new doll named Babette, arrives from Paris, France to New Hampshire. Babette is a spoiled girl who is unaware she is a doll, but the friendly Raggedy Ann does everything she can to make Babette feel at home. Soon, however, the Captain Contagious, who lives in Marcella's snow globe, becomes smitten with Babette and kidnaps her. Raggedy Ann and Andy set off to try to rescue her before Marcella discovers Babette is gone. Out in the world outside the nursery, the two meet the Camel with the Wrinkled Knees, a blue toy camel who has been cast off by past owners and is now heartbroken and lonely. Raggedy Ann assures him a home with Marcella, and he joins their rescue party.

The three Rawlins children, Charlie, Carrie, and Paul are evacuated from London during The Blitz to the remote village of Pepperinge Eye. They are placed in the reluctant care of Miss Eglantine Price, a reclusive woman who agrees to the arrangement temporarily. The children attempt to run away back to London, but change their minds after observing Miss Price attempting to fly on a broomstick. L'histoire se déroule à Londres dans les années 1930. Cody (Trevor Morgan), his sister Abby (Diana Rice), their best friend Marcella (Kyla Pratt), and their baby brother Fig are dropped off by their parents for a visit at their grandparents' farm. Cody gets hit in his face by a basketball by accident while Abby and Marcella laugh and rub a Barney doll in his face. Cody loses his patience and starts a game of "keep-away" by taking the Barney doll and runs off with it. The two girls go after Cody. He then hides the Barney doll in the shower in the bathroom and the girls catch up with him. Cody tells them to use their imagination and laughs when he thinks that it is not working. However, the doll comes to life and turns into Barney the purple dinosaur. Cody refuses to believe in Barney at first, claiming that imagination is just for kids and that "real dinosaurs don't talk and real dinosaurs don't laugh.

Blue macaws Blu and Jewel, and their three children, are living happily in the city until Jewel realises that her children are becoming more like humans. Meanwhile, Blu's former owner, Linda Gunderson and her ornithologist husband, Tulio are on an expedition in the Amazon and eventually discover a quick-flying spix's macaw that loses one of its feathers. When word gets out about this through television, Jewel believes that they should go to the Amazon to help find the blue macaws. While the kids are ecstatic, Blu is uncertain, but is pressured into going along. Rafael, Nico and Pedro decide to come along. Luiz attempts to follow, but fails. Blu brings a fanny pack full of supplies, one of which he uses mostly is a GPS, much to Jewel's displeasure.
