Add to a movie listSatanás (Spanish for Satan) is a 2007 Colombian film directed by Andi Baiz. It is adapted from the novel of the same title by Mario Mendoza Zambrano. It was Colombia's submission to the 80th Academy Awards for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, but was not accepted as a nominee.
The story is framed in a context of urban solitude in the modern world and sheds some light on the events that surrounded a spree killing that took place in Bogotá, Colombia, in 1986. Satanás, the film, explores the final stages in the life of the killer Campo Elías Delgado.

The film follows the lives of three separate characters, Eliseo, Paola, and Father Ernesto, living in the city of Bogota, Colombia, in the mid 1980s.Actors

Adrián, un jeune et brillant chef d'orchestre espagnol, s'est installé dans une immense maison en Colombie depuis peu où il dirige le philharmonique de Bogota. Quant à elle, Fabiana est témoin de phénomènes étranges, se sent observée, et en vient à avoir peur de la demeure. Mais Belén n'est pas partie bien loin.

After traveling to a small village in Ecuador, Miami tabloid news reporter Manolo Bonilla (Leguizamo) witnesses the death of a local boy after Vinicio Cepeda, a traveling salesman, hits the boy in his pickup truck. When Cepeda attempts to back his truck away from the boy, a mob, led by the boy's father, Don Lucho, pulls him from his car, severely beats him, and sets him on fire before the local authorities intervene. After both men are arrested, Cepeda is examined at the jail infirmary and taken to his cell where, later that night, he is attacked by Don Lucho and severely injured.

The action begins with Mexico City policemen banging on the door of what seems to be an abandoned house. A fisherman (Jorge Ali Triana) and his dog out for a walk and discover an Impaled corpse.
