Synopsis

Symphony is the story of Jijo Samson (Shiva), a musician. His troupe comprises Shruthi (Anu) who has left her family as she is in love with Jijo. One day they reach a lake-side resort to compose a new music album for Dominic Kalarickal (Jagathy Sreekumar). Jijo meets Sandra (Swati Verma) there and he falls for her despite knowing that she is a married woman to Satyanath (Riaz Khan). An extra martial affair develops as Shruthi is shattered. Things hot up as Satyanath arrives...

Sunny Palomattam (Mohanlal) is an established businessman in Singapore. He enjoys a flamboyant life with girlfriend Sandra Valookaran (Meena). Later, Sunny learns that Sandra, who he plans to marry, is actually a call girl hired by Mohammad Ali, to spy on Sunny and foil his business plans.

The film features the story of three bank employees and their wives. Bank manager Prakash (Suresh Gopi) is an ideal husband, while his wife Sumati (Urvasi) is emotional and complaining. They have a perfect family with a smart boy, a terraced house and a maruti car. Accountant James (Mukesh) is a womanizer and his wife Elsi (Lizy) is fed up with his activities. The story takes place in a hillside village, terrorised by the frequent attacks of a man-eating leopard. Venugopal (Mammootty), a rich young business man still considers Shivan as his mentor, who had helped him in his early days in Mumbai.At the time of his death, Shivan has asked Venu to take care of his younger brother Rajashekharan (Suresh Gopi), which Venu obeyed whole heartedly. Rajan was appointed as his manager and is treated more like his brother. On a visit to Rajan's house along with him, Venu meets Devi (Rupini). Venu expresses Rajan's sister about his wish to marry Devi, but changes his mind after realizing that she is already engaged to Rajan. Venu whole heartedly gets Rajan married to Devi. Rajan, in thirst to earn quick money, gets into bad company and severs ties with Venu. He becomes suspicious of his wife having an illicit relation with Venu. Slowly turning into too much of drinking and gambling, Rajan falls into huge debts and to make things worse, he also becomes a part of smuggling. Venu's efforts to save Rajan from his problems and bringing him back to normal life is the rest of the story.
