In The Man Who Wouldn't Die art imitates life for Thomas Grace (Roger Moore), a famous British ex-novelist who wrote a series of acclaimed crime stories featuring a villain patterned after real-life criminal Bernard Drake (Malcolm McDowell). Now living in America, Grace works as a hack reporter for a city newspaper. After reading one of Grace's books, Jessie Gallardo (Nancy Allen), a waitress with burgeoning psychic abilities, predicts several murders—with Grace as one of the victims. Her visions identify the enemy as Drake, who has escaped from prison by faking his own death in a fire. As Drake sets out to frame the author for a series of grisly murders based around his novels, it is up to Thomas and Jessie to clear their names, stop him, and stay alive in the process. Eric McCormack co-stars as a doubtful newspaper colleague.

In a flashback, Deborah Myers (Sheri Moon Zombie) visits her son, a young Michael Myers (Chase Wright Vanek), at Smith's Grove Sanitarium. She gives him a white horse statuette as a gift. Michael says that the horse reminds him of a dream he had of Deborah's ghost, dressed in all white and leading a horse down the sanitarium halls toward Michael, telling him she was going to bring him home. Fifteen years later, after having shot an adult Michael (Tyler Mane), Laurie Strode (Scout Taylor-Compton) is found wandering around in a state of shock by Sheriff Brackett (Brad Dourif), who takes Laurie to the emergency room. Meanwhile, the paramedics pick up the Sheriff's daughter and Laurie's friend Annie (Danielle Harris) and Michael's psychiatrist Dr. Loomis (Malcolm McDowell), who are still alive after having been attacked by Michael, and take them to the hospital. Presumed dead, Michael's body is loaded into a separate ambulance. When the driver has a traffic accident, Michael awakens and escapes the ambulance, walking toward a vision of his mother dressed in white and leading a white horse.

Trapped in Hell, murderous prom queen Mary Lou Maloney (Courtney Taylor), who burned to death in 1957, manages to escape her chains by severing them with a nail file. Marco and Mondaini struggle at the farm, Marco falling into a machine used to grind chicken feed. Gabri and Mondaini are eventually arrested for Anna's murder, as the farm chickens feed on Marco's ground corpse.

Une jeune bourgeoise de 17 ans, Cristina, décide de s'émanciper du confort familial de ses parents aisés. Après une discussion avec sa mère, elle quitte la province, sans l'accord de son père, pour s'installer dans un quartier de Rome, au domicile d'une amie, Paola. Afin de gagner un peu d'argent, elle répond à une annonce dans un journal pour travailler en tant que masseuse à domicile. Elle couche avec son premier client qui lui conseille de continuer dans cette voie. Une petite frappe, Oskar, la prend sous son aile et devient son souteneur. Ce dernier lui dévoile son carnet d'adresses bien rempli avec les noms de certains notables de la capitale friands de femmes comme Cristina : jeunes, jolies et douées pour certaines choses. Elle accepte de travailler pour lui pour gagner facilement de l'argent plutôt que de passer des annonces dans les journaux. Devenue escort-girl, Cristina prend du plaisir avec ses clients, dont un professeur d'université raffiné, D'Angelo, qui la paie bien mais elle est obligée de partager ses gains avec Oskar. Jusqu'au jour où son petit amie, Marco, vient la harceler et que celui de Paolo lui fait du rentre-dedans. Tandis que son père violent lui demande de rentrer à la maison. Mais sa vie est bouleversée lorsque la police retrouve le cadavre de D'Angelo dans son appartement. Peu de temps après avoir couché avec Cristina, il a été égorgé. Un énigmatique meurtrier assassine tous ses clients un par un avec une lame de rasoir.
