Les Éclats (Ma gueule, ma révolte, mon nom) est un film documentaire expérimental français réalisé par Sylvain George en 2011. Il a été distribué dans les salles de cinéma en 2012 en France et en Italie.

Il s'agit du deuxième film consacré par le cinéaste à la situation des migrants à Calais, après le premier long-métrage Qu'ils reposent en révolte (Des figures de guerres I). Il a été réalisé à partir d’images et de séquences inédites, tournées entre 2006 et 2010, lors de la même période que le précédent film.

Il a remporté le prix du meilleur film documentaire en compétition internationale au Festival du film de Turin 2011.

Synopsis

Éclats de voix, éclats de rire, éclats de rage ; bribes de mots, d’images et de mémoire ; paroles du proche et du lointain, d’hier et d’aujourd’hui, d’Afrique, Moyen-Orient, Europe ; maladies disparues, mains de métal, souffle du vent, geste du soleil au couchant, reflets rouge-sang ; rafles policières, cortèges guerriers, cour d’injustice… Pour une cartographie de la violence infligée aux personnes migrantes, de la répétition de la geste coloniale, et du caractère inacceptable du « monde comme il va ».

The area was originally considered worthless by European-Australian settlers, who fenced it off and abandoned it. The town was established around the start of the 20th century by German immigrant settlers. Its population increased after the first and second World Wars due to the government's policies of subsidies to encourage settlement by veterans. The people of Rainbow have struggled to eke out an existence for more than three generations, with global economics and government policy compounding the difficulties of marginal farming. The plot is loosely connected to the documental stories published in Jim Corbett's 1944 bestselling book Man-Eaters of Kumaon. Narrator of the film is Jim Corbett. In the film, Corbett, who is portrayed by Christopher Heyerdahl, is asked to kill a man-eating tiger who killed a young woman in Kumaon. Corbett arrives to Kumaon and meets with local people. The sister (Mishra Smriti) of the victim takes Corbett to the killing site. They together ambush the man-eater and Corbett kills the tiger from the machan. During this plot, the narration (by Corbett) contains stories of the history of India and the Kumaon region, as well as the efforts to save Indian tigers.
