Chen Sicheng (born February 22, 1978 in Shenyang) is a Chinese actor. He graduated from the Central Academy of Drama, and has a leading role in the 2009 film Spring Fever and 2014 film Beijing Love Story.
In 1994, the first time he been to shanghai when he 16 years old and successfully admitted XIE JI HENG through school, Zhao Wei became his classmate. two years later, Chen fortunately admitted to the shanghai Theatre Academy in1999, two years after admitted to The Central Academy of Drama. The film stars two estranged brothers in Guangzhou, Tai-kwan and Keung, who work as firefighters. The last time they spoke with one another was during the funeral of their father, four years before the events of the film. Keung, now retired from firefighting, operates a fire protection systems company. In the beginning of the film, he holds a celebration of the opening of the office of his company. During a period of time, two cases of murder occurred in the community. The victims include a young woman, whose corpse is said to have been frozen by the murderer using a special technique and being dressed up in a costume afterwards before being discarded like a mere doll. Police Captain Fang Youwei (Simon Yam) and his partner Yan Xiaotong (Ying Er), alongside newly recruited officer Xiao Kai (Yuan Hong) investigate this case. They find out that the two victims were college classmates ten years ago, and also stayed in the same Cosplay club. Fang approaches Zhou Jin (Vivian Hsu), who was classmates with the two victims. The appearance of Zhou lends the case a new direction and she seems to be the next target of the murderer.
