Jonathan Raymond Breck (born February 17, 1965) is an American actor. Beginning his career as a stage actor, Breck is most successful for playing the demonic antagonist, The Creeper, in the Jeepers Creepers film series. He has also appeared in numerous film and television productions including Beat Boys, Beat Girls, Good Advice, Spiders, I Married a Monster, JAG, Star Trek: Voyager, V.I.P., and Push.
In early 2004, Breck filmed the science fiction action thriller Dreamland, a TV movie set around the famed Area 51 in Nevada. It was released in 2005. Most recently, he wrapped the film I Left Me, a dark comedy which played at The Sundance Film Festival in 2005, in which he stars as a man and his clone; the film is set in the year 2025. Breck has also continued to work in theater. He can currently be seen on stage at The Evidence Room in Los Angeles in the hit show Peace Squad Goes 99.

L'histoire prend place juste après la fin de Jeepers Creepers. La créature vient de s'envoler avec Daryl, et sa soeur Trish attend ses parents au commissariat. La police arrive sur place et encercle le camion du monstre. Ils y trouvent de nombreux corps sans vie et des pièges mortels pour quiconque s'en approche. Danny, chef de la police, décide de se lancer à la poursuite du creeper avec une équipe d'hommes qui ont tous des comptes personnels à régler avec la bête. Pendant ce temps, Addison qui habite chez sa grand-mère, doit faire face à la folie apparente de cette dernière qui a perdu son fils Kenny 23 ans plus tôt, disparu sur la route avec sa petite amie Darla, le soir du bal de promo. Kenny apparaît régulièrement à sa mère, c'est ainsi qu'elle sait qu'il est mort, puisque son corps n'a jamais été retrouvé. Seuls Daryl et Trish l'ont vu dans la cave de l'église qui a ensuite éte incendiée dans le premier opus. Kenny prévient sa mère que le creeper va venir récupérer quelque chose qui lui appartient et qui a été enterré devant la maison. Très vite, le monstre se met à nouveau en quête de proies pour terminer son cycle en ayant dévoré suffisamment d'âmes.

Toby "Toe" Thompson (Jimmy Bennett) is bullied by Helvetica "Hel" Black (Jolie Vanier) and her brother Cole (Devon Gearhart) on the way to school. Toe speculates that Hel loves him, infuriating Hel and leading Cole and his gang to start throwing rocks at Toe. One of the rocks they throw is a rainbow colored wishing rock, which Toes uses to wish for friends, which come in the form of small aliens. Toe takes the aliens to school, but their presence causes Toe and Hel to fall from the school's roof. The aliens leave, but Toe keeps the rock.

The film opens with George W. Bush (Josh Brolin), dreaming of being a baseball player and is in the stadium with a empty crowd cheering for him. In 1966, Bush endures an alcohol-fueled initiation by his fellow Yale University students as a Delta Kappa Epsilon pledge. During the hazing, Bush successfully recalls the names and nicknames of many of the fraternity members, and states that his family's political legacy is one in which he has no interest. A little later, after Bush is jailed in New Jersey for rowdiness following a football game, his father, George H. W. Bush (James Cromwell), states that he will help Bush, but for the last time. Following his graduation from Yale, Bush takes a job at an oil patch back in his home state of Texas, but he quits after only a few weeks. In 1972, "Junior" reveals his real aspirations in a father-son talk: working in professional baseball, in some capacity. Soon afterwards, Bush is accepted into Harvard Business School with the help of his father. That night after drinking heavily, Bush crashes his car into his family estate and challenges his father to a fistfight. His brother, Jeb (Jason Ritter) intervenes and stops the fight.

In the Nevada mountains between Las Vegas and Reno in the desolate nuclear testing grounds of Dreamland (Area 51), a young couple Megan (Jackie Kreisler) and Dylan (Shane Elliott) stop in a greasy spoon cafe where they learn about the Area 51 government base a few miles away. After they get back on the road, Dylan turns on the radio. The only broadcast he can find is a speech from Adolf Hitler at the 1936 Olympic Games. The car dies and a visitor appears from another moment in time. When Megan and Dylan look closely they realize that it is Hitler from the past. Past and present intersect throughout the film. Demonic versions of those long dead are also encountered.

Three days after the events of the first film, a young boy named Billy Taggart assists his father in erecting scarecrows throughout a corn field, when one of the scarecrows suddenly comes to life and attacks him. Charlie Sheen plays Ryan Turner, a hotshot broker living an upscale life in New York City with his shallow girlfriend Cindy Styne (Denise Richards). One morning, he is playing golf with the owner of one of the biggest newspaper publishers of New York. He tells Ryan of a huge merger between his company, Simpson Inc., and a large drug corporation. Ryan, ecstatic that this could be his big break, calls all his clients and informs them of the huge deal that is going to happen and they all place large amounts of money into the merger. However, the next day, Simpson reveals that there is not going to be a merger. Ryan loses most of his own, and much of his clients' money in light of the news. He storms over to Simpson's office, and Simpson tells Ryan that he personally screwed him over because Ryan was sleeping with his wife. Ryan, now near bankrupt, sells his possessions and moves in with his girlfriend, Cindy. Ryan tries to get another job at another brokerage, but his license is revoked. Devastated, he loafs around, until Cindy tells him that she is leaving for Brazil with another man.
