Synopsis
Three days after the events of the first film, a young boy named Billy Taggart assists his father in erecting scarecrows throughout a corn field, when one of the scarecrows suddenly comes to life and attacks him. As his father, Jack Taggart Sr., and his older brother, Jack Jr., rush to his aid, the scarecrow drags Billy through the field before sprouting wings and flying off, leaving the Taggart family horrified.Actors

Trish Jenner and her brother Darry are traveling home from college for spring break. As they drive through the Nebraska countryside an old, rusty truck tries to run them off the road. The vehicle eventually passes them, and they later see the same truck parked next to an abandoned church with a man sliding what appears to be a body wrapped in bloodstained sheets into a large pipe sticking out of the ground. The man notices Trish and Darry watching him and attempts to run them off the road a second time.

L'histoire prend place juste après la fin de Jeepers Creepers. La créature vient de s'envoler avec Daryl, et sa soeur Trish attend ses parents au commissariat. La police arrive sur place et encercle le camion du monstre. Ils y trouvent de nombreux corps sans vie et des pièges mortels pour quiconque s'en approche. Danny, chef de la police, décide de se lancer à la poursuite du creeper avec une équipe d'hommes qui ont tous des comptes personnels à régler avec la bête. Pendant ce temps, Addison qui habite chez sa grand-mère, doit faire face à la folie apparente de cette dernière qui a perdu son fils Kenny 23 ans plus tôt, disparu sur la route avec sa petite amie Darla, le soir du bal de promo. Kenny apparaît régulièrement à sa mère, c'est ainsi qu'elle sait qu'il est mort, puisque son corps n'a jamais été retrouvé. Seuls Daryl et Trish l'ont vu dans la cave de l'église qui a ensuite éte incendiée dans le premier opus. Kenny prévient sa mère que le creeper va venir récupérer quelque chose qui lui appartient et qui a été enterré devant la maison. Très vite, le monstre se met à nouveau en quête de proies pour terminer son cycle en ayant dévoré suffisamment d'âmes.

The story follows Casey (Nathan Forrest Winters), a normal boy whose life is constantly influenced by his intense fear of clowns. The film begins with a trucker at a truck stop in an unspecified rural location. It is night time and in a heavy rainstorm, and a hooker gets into a large, black Peterbilt and offers her "services" to the trucker inside. The trucker is revealed to be Rusty Nail (Mark Gibbon), when he recites his phrase "I like the rain. Keeps everybody inside and washes everything clean". He asks the hooker to go out into the rain to get wet. When she is unnerved by this strange behavior and states she is leaving, Rusty Nail locks the doors and asks her to leave through the open window. He then shuts the window up half way as she is clambering out, trapping her with half her body hanging outside the truck. Rusty Nail then drives off, decapitating the hooker as he drives alongside a trailer attached to the truck.

On his way to Christmas dinner at his mother-in-law's, Frank Harrington (Ray Wise), driving on an unknown road with his family, falls asleep and almost crashes into another car going in the other direction. Miraculously nobody is hurt and the other car is nowhere to be seen. Back on the road, Frank sees a woman in white (Amber Smith) with a baby in the surrounding woods. He drives back and finds no one there. However, while he is looking, the Woman in White appears at his window. He asks her if she is fine as it is apparent that she is in shock and wounded on her forehead. He asks Brad (Billy Asher) to check if he can use his mobile phone to call 911 but there is no signal on the network. Frank invites the woman to have a ride in their car because on the way they spotted a cabin not far away. Marion (Alexandra Holden) decides to give her seat to the woman and walk to the cabin as she is suffering from traveling sickness.

At Camp Blackfoot, several campers pull a prank on the caretaker, "Cropsy". During the night they sneak into his cabin and set up a wormy skull next to his bed with candles in the eye sockets. When Cropsy is awoken by the campers banging on his window, he is so frightened by the skull that he knocks it onto his bed, where it ignites his sheets and clothes. Shortly after the events of the previous film, Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly), a former girlfriend and accomplice of serial killer Charles Lee Ray (voice of Brad Dourif), acquires the remains of Chucky from a police evidence locker after bribing and then murdering a police officer with access to the locker.
