Synopsis
L'histoire prend place juste après la fin de Jeepers Creepers. La créature vient de s'envoler avec Daryl, et sa soeur Trish attend ses parents au commissariat. La police arrive sur place et encercle le camion du monstre. Ils y trouvent de nombreux corps sans vie et des pièges mortels pour quiconque s'en approche. Danny, chef de la police, décide de se lancer à la poursuite du creeper avec une équipe d'hommes qui ont tous des comptes personnels à régler avec la bête. Pendant ce temps, Addison qui habite chez sa grand-mère, doit faire face à la folie apparente de cette dernière qui a perdu son fils Kenny 23 ans plus tôt, disparu sur la route avec sa petite amie Darla, le soir du bal de promo. Kenny apparaît régulièrement à sa mère, c'est ainsi qu'elle sait qu'il est mort, puisque son corps n'a jamais été retrouvé. Seuls Daryl et Trish l'ont vu dans la cave de l'église qui a ensuite éte incendiée dans le premier opus. Kenny prévient sa mère que le creeper va venir récupérer quelque chose qui lui appartient et qui a été enterré devant la maison. Très vite, le monstre se met à nouveau en quête de proies pour terminer son cycle en ayant dévoré suffisamment d'âmes.Actors

Trish Jenner and her brother Darry are traveling home from college for spring break. As they drive through the Nebraska countryside an old, rusty truck tries to run them off the road. The vehicle eventually passes them, and they later see the same truck parked next to an abandoned church with a man sliding what appears to be a body wrapped in bloodstained sheets into a large pipe sticking out of the ground. The man notices Trish and Darry watching him and attempts to run them off the road a second time.

The story follows Casey (Nathan Forrest Winters), a normal boy whose life is constantly influenced by his intense fear of clowns. Sam Dietz (Leo Rossi) is a rookie Los Angeles detective recently transferred from New York City. The film takes place in a theater late at night as a troupe of actors are rehearsing a musical about a mass murderer known as the Night Owl. When the show's leading lady, Alicia (Cupisti), sprains her ankle, she and the wardrobe mistress, Betty (Schwerk), sneaks out of the rehearsal to go to a doctor, in which the closest medical facility is a mental hospital. The psychiatrist on duty is happy to help, but the wardrobe mistress notices a restrained patient on a bed lying in a room behind bars. In the 1930s West Virginia, along the Ohio River, Reverend Harry Powell, a serial killer, flees the scene of his latest victim. Powell is a self-anointed preacher with a penchant for switchblade knives; a misogynist who is both attracted to and repulsed by women. He travels rural roads, preaching in small towns, and seems to believe he is doing God's work. The letters "L-O-V-E" are tattooed on one hand and the letters "H-A-T-E" on the other, which Powell uses as symbols in impromptu sermons.
