Rosana Pastor (born 7 August 1960 in Alboraya) is a Spanish actress, best known for her role as Blanca in Land and Freedom. She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the 2002 Goya Awards for her role in Juana la Loca.

Lorsque la guerre civile éclate en 1936, les garçons d'un pensionnat catholique en territoire républicain sont renvoyés chez eux. Trouvant que l'appartement à Gérone de sa mère, veuve, est réquisitionné et qu'elle est bien loin à La Corogne, il décide de la rejoindre en vélo. Au front d'Aragon, il est arrêté par une unité anarchiste sous le commandant charismatique Davalos et est enrôlé pour aider le cuisinier Honorio, qui poursuit une liaison avec une femme paysanne Pilar. Aussi arrêtés sont un riche Anglais et sa femme américaine, la Condesa, pour qui Andrés agit comme interprète et est récompensé. Ensuite il est envoyé à Barcelone où il entame une liaison avec Julia, la fille vierge de la maison, mais est expulsé juste avant la consommation. Pour vivre, il commence à traiter sur le marché noir et une nuit essaie une prostituée, mais elle est tellement ennuyée qu'en dégoût il la laisse. La guerre terminée, sa mère revient et est mise en place dans un appartement par son amant phalangiste Victor. Au-dessus d'eux vit une femme mariée Marta, qui prête des livres à Andrés et commence une liaison. Mais elle et son mari étaient républicains et sont emmenés par la police secrète. Dans la rue, Andrés rencontre Pilar, la fille du front, et ils passent une nuit ensemble. Lors d'un concert il tombe amoureux d'Irène, belle violoniste italienne, et ils connaissent une brève idylle. La prochaine engagement de son orchestre est dans la zone libre de France et Andrés la rejoint à la gare frontière de Canfranc.

The fifteen-year-old Lulú is seduced by Pablo, her brother Marcelo's best friend, who then leaves to work in the United States. Lulú is sustained for years by the belief that Pablo will come back into her life. When he returns he proposes to her and they are married. Pablo and Lulú have a passionate relationship, developing a taste for sexual games. On one nocturnal expedition they join up with a transgender prostitute called Ely who becomes their friend. The couple have a daughter, Ines. Pablo convinces Lulú to participate blindfolded in a threesome; when Lulú discovers that the third person was Marcelo, her brother, she leaves Pablo in disgust, taking their daughter with her. However, her own desire to play increasingly dangerous sex games now comes to consume her. After becoming aroused watching a gay porn movie, she seeks out gay men and pays them to join in orgies, or watch them having sex. Unable to pay enough to satisfy her desires, she meets a pimp called Remy who runs a secret S&M club. Ely tries to warn Lulú that Remy is dangerous, but Lulú ignores her, so Ely goes to warn Pablo. Remy tells Lulú to go to a club, where she is tied up by Jimmy, a gay man she had previously paid for sex. She is forced to endure violent sex while gagged and bound. Ely tells Pablo that Lulú is in danger. She goes to the club to rescue her, but is attacked by Jimmy and killed when her head hits a metal bar. Pablo calls the police, who arrest Jimmy and the others. Lulú and Pablo are reunited.
