In the 1960s, Alan Quimp is a schoolteacher of English grammar and married with the very demanding woman Daisy Quimp. In order to avoid the constant mockery in Daisy's family, Alan says that he is a secret CIA agent. Daisy tells everybody, the CIA acknowledges the lie, but due to a coincidence, Alan has just helped and hidden the professional Russian dancer Petrov who wanted to leave Russia. The CIA decides to hire Alan as an agent, to get the credits of bringing Petrov to USA, and immediately decides to send him to a very calm place, Cuba.

One night in Detroit, Axel Foley (Eddie Murphy) plans to arrest a gang of car thieves who run a local chop shop. Unbeknownst to his boss, Inspector G. SpongeBob and Patrick find a piece of an amulet to the lost city of Atlantis, but have no idea what it is. They take it to the Bikini Bottom Museum to see if the staff there know what it is. Patrick and SpongeBob run into Squidward who thinks SpongeBob and Patrick stole the missing half of the amulet. He soon matches it to the displayed other half of the amulet and tells them it was the key to Atlantis. After hearing the story of Atlantis, the only thing SpongeBob and Patrick want to see is the "World's Oldest Bubble." So off goes the Bikini Bottom crew — SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, along with Mr. Krabs Sandy and even Plankton are on an adventure to Atlantis.

Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen went to a movie theater to watch a Jet Fusion movie. After the movie, they get more tickets to the movie. In school, Jimmy is called to go to the principal's office, only to find himself being taken to an organization called Big Top Secret Organization (BTSO for short). Commander Baker, the leader of the organization told Jimmy that their No. 1 agent Agent X is missing. His tracking device was buried somewhere in Pacific Ocean. The professor shows Jimmy his gadgets, but Jimmy prefers to use his own inventions.

Russell (Joel Weiss) is obsessed with farting, and loves to fart any time he can. His girlfriend, Heather (Shannandoah Sorin) despises farts and becomes angry with Russell because all he does is watch television and fart. She tells him that the only time she can feel relaxed is when Russell is out of the house, as she is away from his gas. She thinks that if the television turns into fart jokes, which he also loves, then Russell won't even leave the house. Then one night, the television does become all about farts. This puts Heather to the ultimate test to see if she can get past his problem and love him. In the end, she has become so fed up with farting that she has a nightmare about farting. She wakes up and Russell farts. Heather realizes that there is no point in hating it anymore and decides to love him. The film concludes with both of them farting gleefully.
