Suthivelu (Telugu: సుత్తి వేలు) (born Kurumaddali Lakshmi Narasimha Rao; 7 August 1947 – 16 September 2012) was a popular Indian film actor and comedian. He primarily worked with Telugu cinema, and acted in more than 200 films.

Suthivelu was married to Lakshmi Rajyam, and have four children, three girls and a boy. He died on 16 September 2012.

The independent and spirited Sasirekha (Genelia) is ordered by her father to get married to an NRI. She is to see a video of the groom and his house, but stamps on it, declaring she doesn't want to get married. When the groom’s father demands dowry on the wedding day, she runs away from her marriage. Soon after, she runs into Anand (Tarun). They bond well during their acquaintance and the rest of the movie is about how she falls in love with Anand. As it turns out, Anand was the one she was supposed to marry, but due to certain events, the wedding party leaves without him.

DD (Sumanth) Chinna (trinetrudu) are two close friends who are brought up in an orphanage. They are very fond of Saraswatamma (Sudha) who took care of them there. Saraswatamma was very good at preparing tamarind rice (pulihora). DD wishes to start a pulihora center in memory of Saraswatamma when he grows up. In order to earn the money to do so, he joins a mafia gang doing small odd jobs. Pragati (Kriti Kharbanda) is the daughter of a millionaire politician. She is kind hearted and works for an NGO. She comes to know that a certain landlord has cheated the people of the village that her NGO works for. The court, out of no choice, tells the farmers that they need to pay 40 million to the landlord if they wish to regain their land. Pragati asks her father to help out the villagers and he says, yes. Later when she finds out that her father has actually lied to her, she argues with him and leaves his house. Pragati's friend sketches a self-kidnap plan in order to demand 40 million as ransom from her father. Things go awry when DD and Chinna accidentally kidnap Pragathi at the same time as she's supposed to be kidnapped by someone else.

Raghu Ramayya (Rajendra Prasad) is a kind hearted idealistic person who spends half of his income on charity work. His wife Bharati (Aamani), two sons Chinna and Raja and daughter Revathi are quite against this attitude. His children compel him to get money for their career (bribe for job), education (donation fee for engineering seat) and settling in United States which he feels is completely wrong. He is forced to set aside his morality and take a loan from his neighbor, Kotayya (Kota Srinivasa Rao). Unable to bear the defeat of his ideology and moral issues, he dies naturally due to a heart attack the very day he gives money to his children. The rest of the film is about how his children and wife realise just how important he was as they prepare his funeral. At last, every one had realised that after death only love and affection will come with us so love the people and society.

Yogi (Mohan Babu) is the son of a High Court judge (Vijay Kumar). A politician (Narra) falsely implicates yogi, who got the first rank in Civil services examinations, in a murder case. The judge father gives the judgment for son by jailing Yogi for six years. By the time Yogi is released, the politician dies of a natural heart attack. Dharma Rao (Mukesh Rushi), son of that politician, is also a villain. When Dharma Rao visits the shores of Godavari River to leave the ashes, Yogi foils the rites by resisting. Then Dharma Rao challenges Yogi that he is going to mix the ashes of his politician father in the Godavari before Yogi mixes the ashes of his Judge father (who is alive). The rest of the film is about how the villains of the film try to make Yogi's life more miserable and how Yogi comes out unscathed with the help of his childhood friend Jagan (Nagarjuna).

Vishwanath (SP Balasubramanyam) is a multi-millionaire industrialist. Radha (Soundarya) is Vishwanath's personal secretary, is a hardworking girl struggling to support her family. Vishwanath asks Radha to quit her job and marry his son, but she refuses when she hears Vijay's strange condition. However, Radha's family is in dire financial straits and, so, she has to reconsider this offer. In return for marrying Vijay, she asks for financial support for her family, which Vishwanath readily provides.
