Angel is a 2011 Bollywood film directed by Ganesh Acharya and starring Nilesh Sahay, Madalsa Sharma, Aruna Irani and Manoj Joshi. The film was produced by Ganesh Acharya, while the soundtrack was composed by Amjad Nadeem. This movie is about the struggle for acceptance. The main character Abhay Chawla got in to an accident which made Sonal become mad. Abhay felt guilty so he started taking care of her and eventually befriends her. They fall in love eventually. This movie is about the struggles they have to face in love.

Synopsis

Abhay is a careless, high on life boy who lives with his mother, brother and sister in law.

Mili (Jaya Bhaduri) is a story about a girl who suffers from pernicious anemia, a disease considered untreatable during the period the film was produced. Her lively, inquisitive and cheerful demeanour spreads happiness in everyone's life. She becomes an inspiration to her new neighbour Shekhar (Amitabh Bachchan) who is a drunkard and always depressed. With her cheerful ways she changes Shekhar and he falls in love with her, unaware of her ailment. When he comes to know about it, he thinks of going away as he cannot bear to see her die. A reproach from a neighbour makes him reconsider his decision. As he loves the girl, he offers to marry her and take her abroad for her treatment. Ramniklal was a NRI living in Uganda with his son Vijay (Dharmendra) and daughter Radha (Aruna Irani). They are planning to move back to India because of a civil war in the country. The night they were about to move, their home is attacked by rebels and set on fire. Vijay jumps in the fire to save his sister. He carries a woman out, but she turns out to be the housemaid in his sister's clothes (Radha asked the maid to choose the clothes she liked before she left and the maid asked her for the clothes she was wearing). Nageshwar alias "Don" heads a vast criminal empire. He has an only son, (Ajay Devgn), who is completely familiar with his dad and his business.
