Synopsis
Dan Cappelli est un gardien de prison réputé pour son sale caractère. Alors qu'il s'est montré plusieurs fois agressif et même violent avec ses prisonniers, il se retrouve affecté dans une prison de femmes. C'est là qu'il fait la connaissance de Cidell, une jeune prisonnière qui ne cherchait au départ qu'un peu de conversation. Dan tente de garder ses distances vis-à-vis de Cidell, mais ne peut cache longtemps ses sentiments. A partir du moment où entre en jeu Angel, le petit ami de Cidell, plus rien ne sera comme avant.Actors

Frank Ross (Cagney) is a crusading reporter for a big city newspaper on the trail of a crooked district attorney, Jesse Hanley, who is running for election as governor of the state. Like the first film, this follows the fraternal bond of two inmates, once again Ching, but this time with "Brother Dragon", a boss of the "Black Rats" gang. Ching escapes the prison in order to see his son, Leung was placed in an orphanage after his grandmother died, and gets into trouble with "Assassin"'s replacement, Officer Zau. Ching escapes a second time to follow Boss Dragon after he lied about jumping off a cliff to escape. Ching looked for his son and intended to bring him along, but was refused by the social worker.

Dave Bjorno, along with other members of the GSE, are arrested for participating in the fight at the end of the first film, and end up being sent to a tough prison. In prison, the GSE quickly discover the brutality of life on the inside, as they are constant targets of the superior numbered and better-financed Millwall crew. After a quick brawl the GSE get blamed for the assault and are transported to another prison where a huge number of Bushwackers are waiting for them. Soon after arrival the crew meet up with Marc and his crew, who declare their intentions to make the GSE's time in the prison tough. After throwing an insult about their deceased leader, Pete, they fight, are restrained and are, once again, blamed for the incident.
