Synopsis
Deeka (Vinod Khanna) had been in jail for several crimes, including bank robberies. When his prison sentence is over, Deeka decides to go straight. Unfortunately, while in a bank, he becomes a victim of a bungling bank robber, Inder or Eena (Rishi Kapoor), who needs money to get medical treatment for his mother (Dina Pathak). When the police arrive, they witness Eena with the notorious bank robber, and come to the conclusion that Deeka has gone back to his criminal ways. Deeka's attempts to convince them are in vain, and he must escape together with Eena for now, and he does so. The police are after Deeka, and he must get a hold of Eena and get him to confess to his crime, and therefore clear his name. But Eena is unwilling to confess, and runs away from Deeka.Actors

Shaadiram Gharjode (Sadashiv Amrapurkar) is once humiliated by Hoshiyar Chand (Kader Khan) when Shaadiram goes to inform him about a family wanting to marry their son to Hoshiyar's daughter. Hoshiyar Chand insults them as he wants both his daughters to marry into the richest family. The story is about an orphan named Raju (Salman Khan) a business man in India. His mother died when he was very young, his father had already left him. At work, Raju witnesses Rajesh Mittal (Rishi Kapoor) winning an award on TV. Raju realises that Rajesh is none other than his dad, and leaves immediately for London. At the airport, he meets Sonia Singh (Amisha Patel) who has too much luggage and tries to get Raju to hold it. Raju understands her plan, and it backfires on Sonia. The two then begin to believe they love each other. After this, Raju finds Rajesh and tells him the truth. He then finds out that Rajesh is already married to Smitha (Rati Agnihotri) and has two kids, Rinkie (Rinke Khanna) and Bunty. Rinkie is about to get married to Vicky (Sharad Kapoor) but she is unaware of his drug dealings. Raju gives Rajesh eight days to break the news to his family and call Raju his son or he’ll tell the family himself. After he leaves, Rajesh gets afraid, and hires gangsters to attack him. On his way out, Raju gets beat up by the hired gangsters, though later rescued by Shera (Sanjay Dutt), also an Indian living in London. He saves Raju from getting beat up, and helps him as well.

Seema (Taapsee Pannu) is a young girl who lives in Mumbai with her father (Anupam Kher). He, being an active military officer, wants Seema to marry a similar man. He had arranged Seema's marriage to such people five times in a row, with Seema evading all five arrangements. Her father had now arranged her marriage for the sixth time, which Seema evades again and escapes to Goa to live with her uncle, her father's younger brother (Anupam Kher), in a double role. Siddharth Kashyap (Ali Zafar), Jai (Siddharth) and Omi (Divyendu Sharma) are three friends who live in a rented apartment. Miss Josephine (Lilette Dubey) is their landlady. All the three are frequent visitors to a café owned by Joseph Furtado (Rishi Kapoor). The three owe huge amounts of money to Joseph and Josephine. One day, Omi spots Seema taking a walk with her dog Aryabhatta. Attracted to her, he calls his friend Jai. Both of them try to impress her. One after the other, they break into Seema's house. Omi tries to impress Seema with his poetry. Meanwhile, Seema mistakes him for a dog trainer and takes him straight into her bedroom. Omi assumes Seema is interested him and starts browsing her bedroom while Seema prepares her dog [name of Dog is "Aryabhata" given in movie by writer] Unable to handle the dog, Omi runs back home, where he tells everyone a completely different story. Omi tells his friends that they had sex and were deeply in love. Jealous, Jai tries his luck. Jai breaks in, telling them he is a reputed film-maker. Upon realization, Seema calls her grandmother and makes her beat up Jai until he finally makes his run. Back home, Jai tells a similar story. Jai tells the other two that they two were deeply in love and were now dating. Siddharth, meanwhile, isn't interested in Seema.

Raja Babu (Govinda) is a poor orphan adopted by a wealthy village couple (Kader Khan and Aruna Irani). He is a typical country bumpkin, good-hearted but lacking in urban manners. His vanity, not discouraged by his mother's doting, leads him to have his photograph taken often at the village photo studio, each time in a different outfit. He is always accompanied by his sidekick Nandu, (Shakti Kapoor). Nandu is of a lower rung in the social strata, evidenced by his refusal to be seated on Raja's motorcycle, even when implored: the same kindness extended by the wealthy Singh family in adopting Raja is evident in the family's treatment of Raja's friend, in spite of Nandu's clownish antics.

Gopi (Govinda) is a simpleton from Banaras. He gets married to a foreign returned Madhu (Ramya) . He is the family and faithful type. She is a daredevil, happy-go-lucky type. He represents the Indian values. She would not mind taking a dive in the village pond in a bikini. One day it was her birthday party and she starts drinking and dancing. He goes to Singapore and other foreign locales to hunt for the runaway bride. They keep meeting off and on. He also succeeds in making her pregnant and preventing the doctor from aborting the child. She delivers a baby-boy. In the meanwhile, he becomes rich and famous. He now walks away with the 15-days-old kid and comes back to his village and threatens to marry again. The stage is set for his re-marriage. She appears on the scene. She wants the child back. Confrontation, She says she cannot live without the child. He says if she cannot live without her 15-days-old child then why did she want to separate his mother from her child. She realises her mistake.
