Kaimal and Susheela are leading a troubled married life. The latter is unsatisfied with the ignorance from her husband. The movie has Navya Nair as Yamuna who is preparing for the big day in her life that is for her marriage. Aham is the story of Sidharthan (Mohanlal), who grew up in a disciplined and strict environment and tried to lead his family life in similar lines.
