Synopsis
Tanukikouji Sakurako, une professeur originaire de Tokyo et spécialisé dans l'étude des dragons, se rend sur l'île de Konpei afin d'étudier un nouveau specimen. Un militaire, le général Yamada, et son armée sont eux aussi à la recherche du dragon pour lui voler un pierre précieuse que l'animal porte sur son front. Kosuke et Rikimaru, les gardiens de l'île, vont avoir fort à faire.Actors

The movie starts with a boy who belongs to prehistoric time hunting a fish, gets captured in to time vortex and reaches to the 20th century. In the 20th century, Nobita wants to run away from his home, as depicted many times in various episodes. As a result of failing to find an ideal home, Nobita decides to make a makeshift place to live. However, he still cannot find a place to live due to land property ownership laws. At the same time, Shizuka, Gian, Suneo and Doraemon want to run away from their homes. Then Nobita suggests that they should go back in time to live in a place with very few humans. The group agrees with him and thus, they return to the past Japan, which is 70000 years back from then.

The film begins with the Imperial Revue celebrating Leni Milchstrasse's 17h birthday following a performance at the Great Imperial Theater. With division captain Ichirō Ōgami in Paris, Moon Division Captain Yūichi Kayama joins in the celebration. The next morning, on Christmas Day, Sumire Kanzaki and Maria Tachibana visit a theater, where Maria finds out that Brent was one of the mafia members in New York when Maria visited the United States years earlier. At the Great Imperial Theater, Ratchet Altair arrives from New York City to be assigned into the Imperial Assault Force Flower Division. Douglas-Stewart president Brent Furlong and his subordinate, Patrick Hamilton, summon the Kouma to obliterate a city. The Flower Division is summoned to the battlefield where the Kouma are at. However, during the battle, Ratchet appears in an Eisenkleid and briefly battles the Kouma. They retreat and the Flower Division is introduced to Ratchet. Meanwhile, Brent and another one of his subordinates, Haruyoshi Tanuma, arrive at the facility where the Japhkiels, robots made by Douglas-Stewart, are made. One of them attacks Tanuma to his horror. Patrick uses a soundwave technique to stop the attacking Japhkiel.

While looking at the Dragon Radar, Oolong notices that all of the Dragon Balls are starting to be gathered together. He and Gohan, who were also searching for the Dragon Balls, head out to investigate and end up at the Tsurumai-Tsuburi Mountains’ eternal wall of ice, where coincidentally, Piccolo is also training. Dr. Kochin summons Shenron and wishes for Dr. Wheelo’s lab to be released from the ice. The ice begins to break away and a building emerges. Gohan and Oolong look on in disbelief, when they are suddenly attacked by Dr. Kochin’s Biomen. Gohan, Krillin, Bulma, and Oolong are spending a peaceful day camping, but that night a huge fire breaks out in the nearby forest. Using their ki, Krillin and Gohan put out the fire and use the Dragon Balls to restore the forest. Unbeknownst to our heroes, the fire was started by a space probe landing.
