Kazuhiko Inoue (井上 和彦, Inoue Kazuhiko, born March 26, 1954) is a Japanese voice actor and singer.
This wide and versatile vocal range allows Inoue to voice roles of varying personality types: hot-blooded, righteous main characters such as Joe in Cyborg 009, Akira Kogane in Golion, and Kusanagi in Blue Seed; cold and indifferent Eiri Yuki; always fussing, hilarious, yet truly powerful mazoku (demon), Guenter in Kyo Kara Maoh!; the dangerously seductive Aion; and sexy Chi no Byakko, Tachibana no Tomomasa in Harukanaru Toki no Naka de Hachiyō Shō. Inoue is also well known for more unusual roles such as the transvestite Nagisa Sawa in Haru wo Daiteita, and Shiron the Windragon in Legendz, who spends half his time as a screeching hamster.
Inoue does voices for anime, video games, drama CDs, Japanese-dubbed movies, and audio books. He has put out many LP and CD albums and has sung in various anime character albums. His most well-known songs are the ones related to the Harukanaru Toki no Naka de Hachiyō Shō series, which he performs live on stage at the annual NeoRomance voice acting events in Japan. In recent years, Inoue has also tried his hand in backstage work such as sound directing. He has set up his own voice acting agency and school, B-Box, to teach the next generation voice talents.
Being a second-generation A-bomb survivor, Kazuhiko Inoue feels strongly against wars. In his autobiographical piece, "Ai ni Tsuite", (愛について About Love, from his CD album Ai, 2003) Inoue expresses his longings for world peace and his love and respect for the ocean and Mother Earth. Similar thoughts can often be seen in the entries he writes in his Kazufan Blog. He was also a close friend of the late fellow voice actor Daisuke Gori. Recently, Inoue won as "Best Supporting Actor" in the Third Seiyu Awards for his role as Nyanko-sensei in Natsume Yūjin Chō.

Biography
Since his debut in 1973, Inoue has become one of Japan's most well established voice actors. His early roles from the 1970s include Anthony in Candy Candy, and later as Joe in the 1979 remake of Cyborg 009. In the 1980s, Inoue's work ranged from the adult-oriented Oishinbo (The Gourmet) to the popular Legend of Heavenly Sphere Shurato for the younger generation. More recently, he is known internationally for roles such as Kakashi Hatake in Naruto, Eiri Yuki in Gravitation, Aion in Chrono Crusade, Hatori Sohma in Fruits Basket, and Nyanko-sensei/Madara in Natsume Yūjin Chō. Naruto Uzumaki and his Hidden Leaf peers track and drive off members of the Akatsuki who should no longer be alive. While his friends are praised by their families, Naruto wallows in loneliness before he is taken by Sakura Haruno to the park to hear her complain about her parents. However, Naruto revealed to have been tagged by the Akatsuki, the two are ambushed by Tobi as he uses the Limited Tsukuyomi (限定月読, Gentei Tsukuyomi) to transport them into an alternate reality based on their inner thoughts. Being called Menma (メンマ), Naruto and Sakura are surprised to find their friends acting the exact opposite of their usual selves along with a flirty Sasuke who never left the village. While Sakura learns that her parents are dead with her father as the reality's Fourth Hokage, Naruto sees his parents, Minato and Kushina, alive and well. Shortly after, Naruto and Sakura participate in a mission to retrieve a Red Moon scroll which details on how to defeat a mysterious masked ninja. During the mission, Kushina is injured when she protects Naruto and dissuades the youth's refusal to bond with his parents.

The Detective Boys attend a promotional event where the J. League play soccer with children. There, the group are introduced to several people. The next day, the Detective Boys watch the soccer match at Touto Stadium. Kogoro Mori receives a phone call from a bomber who relays the location of a bomb in the form of a riddle. The riddle reads "Blue zebra and blue boy, rain from above, people from below, their left hand, as it is shows, the tree on the left. Ran Mori relays the riddle to Shinichi Kudo allowing Conan to decipher it. The blue zebra and boy refer to the mascots of the teams currently playing at Touto stadium. The rest of the riddle is a play on kanji; The top part of Rain (雨, Ame), bottom part of People (人, Hito), left of Hand (手, Te), Show (示, Shī) as it is, and the left of Tree (木, Ki). Filling in the missing parts of the kanji and adding them together forms the word Electronic Scoreboard (電光掲示板, Denkō Keijiban). With little time to evacuate the spectators, Conan traverses up the infrastructure and arranges the explosives so the scoreboard falls in a safe location.

Naruto Uzumaki is arrested to the criminal containment facility known as Hoozuki Jou (鬼灯城, lit. "Physalis Castle") in the Hidden Grass Village, after he is declared responsible for attacking the Fourth Raikage and the members of Jōnin from the Hidden Mist and Rock Village. The Governor of Tokyo, Yuuichiro Asakura, receives a threatening letter the day before the opening of Touto Line, a new train line for the Tokyo Metro. During the opening ceremony of the line, Conan Edogawa and the Detective Boys are driven by Hiroshi Agasa and pass under the Touto Line. Conan, having heard about the threatening letter, notices explosives connected to the Touto railway; Using his original voice to inform the police as Shinichi Kudo, he is able to stop the train and divert traffic away from the explosives preventing any deaths. Conan researches Asakura's political history for a clue on the culprit and learns the governor was in charge of the construction of dam in Kitanosawa, a fictional town in the Niigata Prefecture. Due to the dam's construction, the citizens of Kitanosawa were forced into a new town and their old homes were drowned by the dam. Since Asakura's trip to celebrate the anniversary of the dam is canceled by the bombing, Conan speculates information on the bomber could be found in Kitanosawa and plans a trip there.
