The rivalry between two families splits a village 'Seetaramapuram' into Seetapuram and Ramapuram. Seetapuram head Bhusayya (Nambiar) and Ramapuram head Bhadrayya (Kaikala Satyanarayana). Venkanna comes to nakkbokkalapadu to make one of Sesha Ratnam’s Daughters to fall For him. But in the process, both the girls fall for him. In the end, Venkanna Convinces Sesha Ratnam and unites both the families.
