Synopsis
The Estonian teenager Joosep (Pärt Uusberg) is being bullied by his entire high school class, the ring leader of them all is Anders (Lauri Pedaja), his accomplice Paul (Mikk Mägi) and three other friends Toomas (Joonas Paas), Tiit (Virgo Ernits) and Olav (Karl Sakrits). Anders encourages the class to continually beat up Joosep, and harass him in other ways as well, such as fully undressing him and then pushing him in the girls' changing room. His classmate Kaspar tries to protect him and breaks from the group, which results in the violence being directed to him as well. Also, in a homophobic atmosphere Joseph and Kaspar are ridiculed for supposedly having gay feelings for each other. Nevertheless, when the school administration and Joosep's parents try to find out who is to blame for the treatment Joosep has been receiving, the class unanimously but falsely accuses Kaspar of mistreating him.Actors

Anne vit en Estonie, où elle s’occupe de sa mère. Lorsque celle-ci meurt on lui propose de devenir l'auxiliaire de vie de Frida, une riche Parisienne. Malgré sa réticence, elle accepte et s’en va. Frida est la fille de parents estoniens mais elle vit à Paris depuis l’âge de dix ans et elle n'a pas maintenu beaucoup de relations avec son pays d'origine ni avec ses compatriotes émigrés en France. Les rapports entre les deux femmes ne sont pas faciles ; même si Anne fait preuve de bonne volonté pour aider Frida, Madame ne semble pas apprécier ses efforts et, en dehors de quelques instants de confiance, elle continue à se plaindre d'elle. Le seul ami de Frida est Stéphane, son ancien amant, de beaucoup plus jeune qu'elle, à qui elle a offert le bar qui était la propriété de son mari.

Fraîchement débarqué dans le campus d'une ville sans histoire, le jeune David y retrouve Mark, son ami de toujours. Mark tente aussitôt de l'enrôler dans une bande influente dont il fait partie, composée de trois autres branleurs notoires, parasites déterminés à pourrir la vie des étudiants des lieux (racket, humiliation, agression, détérioration du bâtiment). When homosexuality was still an absolute taboo in England, sensitive rural town model student Steven Carter hides his gay feelings, except with his neighbour, a girl named Linda. Oskar, a meek 12-year-old boy, resides with his mother Yvonne in the western Stockholm suburb of Blackeberg in 1981 and occasionally visits his father Erik in the countryside. It is not clear why Erik is living apart from Yvonne, but on one such visit, when Oskar and Erik are enjoying a cosy night playing games, a drunken neighbour arrives and Erik starts to drink heavily with him, breaking up the cosy father/son evening. Oskar collects clippings from newspapers and magazines about grisly murders and pictures of hunting knives. He keeps a knife under his mattress.
