Giannis Vogiatzis (Greek: Γιάννης Βογιατζής; born 1926) is a Greek actor.
At cinematography, Vogiatzis did his first appearance in 1957 in the movie Laterna, Ftoheia kai Garyfallo. He also worked himself in many theatrical role a few times. His rich vein of comedy that he cleaned in the back common of the broadcaster in film and television (I gitonia mas and O oniroparmenos).
Vogiatzis has acted in 68 movies, mainly in comedic films. Biography
Vogiatzis was born in Aitoliko in Aetolia-Acarnania in 1926. He studied at the Dramatic School at the Royal Theatre and for one space at the Industrial Degree. He first appeared in theatre in 1955, immediately after he graduated from the school in the works of William Shakespeare, The Merchants In Venice at the Dionyssia Theatre (Theater).At cinematography, Vogiatzis did his first appearance in 1957 in the movie Laterna, Ftoheia kai Garyfallo. He also worked himself in many theatrical role a few times. His rich vein of comedy that he cleaned in the back common of the broadcaster in film and television (I gitonia mas and O oniroparmenos).

Rumous have it that a Swiss company is making investment plans to develop a Greek island. A couple of Athenian enterpreneurs rush to the island to buy land and flip it for profit. The Athenian couple, a race-car driver and an actress, meet the resistance of the island's grand old lady who does not wish to sell land to outsiders. The business plans eventually fail to materialise but romance ensues between the actress and the son of the lady as well as the race-car driver and a local girl. The film has references to ancient Greek tragedy and contains elements from it such as a chorus.

Petros est le fils d'un riche entrepreneur. Il s'intéresse peu à l'entreprise familiale, préférant la course automobile. Cependant, il apprend qu'une île va se lancer dans le développement touristique. Il convainc son père d'acheter des terrains sur l'île. Pendant ce temps, Flora, qui possède des night-clubs, entend elle aussi parler du projet. Elle décide elle aussi d'investir sur l'île. Elle y arrive en même temps que Petros. Rapidement, leur rivalité perturbe la vie de l'île. D'autant plus que des insulaires tombent amoureux des continentaux. Marina, propriétaire d'une taverne, s'éprend de Petros tandis que le pêcheur Nikolas s'intéresse à Flora, au grand dam de sa fiancée. Pour se venger, cette dernière se laisse séduire par Iasonas, le fils de la plus grande propriétaire de l'île qui s'inquiète de la tournure des événements. Finalement, l'amour triomphe.

Mary (Zoe Laskari) is a rich young lady that challenges problems in a traditional folk neighbourhood in Plaka, Athens, when she moves to play modern music in a store opposite a traditional taverna, where Fotis (Faidon Georgitsis), a bouzouki player, works along with Kostas (Kostas Voutsas), Sofia (Mary Chronopoulou) and others. The gang of the taverna soon turns against Mary, for the reason that she alters the character of the neighbourhood. Eventually, Fotis falls in love with Mary, but his friends margin him as he seems willing to sacrifice everything for her in order to be accepted by her social circles. A second love story involves in the film, as Eleni (Martha Karagianni), sister of Fotis, tries to attract Kostas using various ways.

Rena Eleftheriou (Rena Vlachopoulou), directrice d'une agence de voyages de New York, vient passer ses vacances en Grèce avec sa nièce Jenny (Zoi Laskari) et un greco-américain Jim Pappas (Giannis Vogiatzis). Elle décide d'aider financièrement son frère pour financer l'exploitation d'une source minérale découverte sur la propriété de son épouse. À Rhodes, où elle cherche un financement, Rena rencontre un homme d'affaires, Petros Ramoglou (Giorgos Gavriilidis). Andreas, le fils de celui-ci, et Kostas, un de ses amis, tentent de séduire Jenny en se faisant passer l'un pour l'autre : Kostas pour le riche Andreas et Andreas pour le pauvre Kostas. A cunning widow and her niece live in a very old house which they inherited from her husband. By spreading rumours of a treasure chest with a huge fortune hidden in the house, the women are able to rent out several rooms to treasure-hunters. A builder attempts to manipulate the woman into selling the "worthless" house, while she manipulates the builder and the new tenants into damaging the house so she can force modern refurbishments for the house. The tenants and builder become involved in a tangled web of love, lies, and emotional entanglements building to the happy ending.
