Loudon Snowden Wainwright III (born September 5, 1946) is a Grammy Award-winning American songwriter, folk singer, humorist, and actor. He is the father of musicians Rufus Wainwright, Martha Wainwright and Lucy Wainwright Roche, brother of Sloan Wainwright, and the former husband of the late folk singer Kate McGarrigle.
To date, Wainwright has released 26 studio albums. Reflecting upon his career in 1999, Wainwright stated, "You could characterize the catalog as somewhat checkered, although I prefer to think of it as a tapestry." Loudon Wainwright's songs are represented by Downtown Music Publishing.
Both Rufus and Martha have become singer/songwriters. Rufus composed "Dinner at Eight" about his conflicted relationship with his father. Martha composed the song "Bloody Mother Fucking Asshole" about, according to her, her father. They sang a duet together on the song "Father Daughter Dialogue" (on Wainwright's 1995 album Grown Man), and collaborated on the song "You Never Phone" (on Wainwright's 2003 album So Damn Happy).
Wainwright had a relationship with singer Suzzy Roche, during which they had one daughter, singer Lucy Wainwright Roche. The relationship ended, although Wainwright and Suzzy Roche remained on good terms and continued to occasionally appear onstage together.
Wainwright was married a second time in 2005, to actress Ritamarie Kelly; they have a daughter Alexandra (Lexie) Kelly Wainwright (born 1992).

Biography
Wainwright's first marriage was to singer/songwriter Kate McGarrigle. During their marriage, which ended in divorce, they had two children, Rufus and Martha. Rufus was the inspiration behind two of Wainwright's songs: "Rufus Is a Tit Man" (referring to Rufus during breastfeeding) and "A Father and a Son", a retrospective. Wainwright's songs inspired by Martha are "Pretty Little Martha" (composed about her as an infant), "Five Years Old" (about her fifth birthday), and the brutally honest "Hitting You" (about her teenage years).Both Rufus and Martha have become singer/songwriters. The film revolves around a special team of trained secret agent animals, equipped with advanced tools that allows the mammalian members to talk to humans. The primary field team consists of guinea pigs Darwin (team leader), Juarez (martial arts), and Blaster (weapons/transportation), star-nosed mole Speckles (cyber intelligence) and fly Mooch (reconnaissance). The unit's leader Ben, orders an unauthorised infiltration of the residence of home electronics and appliances magnate, Leonard Saber, the owner of Saberling Technology, who has been under FBI investigation. The team is able to retrieve sensitive information about a sinister scheme that is set to occur in 48 hours. However, when Ben's superior arrives for his evaluation, his astonishment at the team's capabilities and technology is overcome by his indignation at Ben's unauthorized mission and the fact that the downloaded intelligence appears to be useless information about Saber's coffee makers. As a result, the government agent orders the unit shut down, the equipment seized and the animals to be used as experimental subjects to be killed. With the help of their human compatriots, Darwin, Juarez, Blaster, Mooch and Speckles escape with hopes of stopping Saber's scheme, but find themselves in a pet carrying case bound for a pet shop.

Drew Baylor (Bloom) is an intelligent young man and designer for a shoe company. In Houston, 1913, nine-year-old Howard Hughes is warned by his mother of the diseases to which she is afraid he will succumb. Fourteen years later, he begins to direct the movie Hell’s Angels. At his son's wedding party, Edward Bloom (Albert Finney) tells the same tall tale he's told many times over the years: on the day Will (Billy Crudup) was born, he was out catching an enormous uncatchable fish, using his wedding ring as bait. Katt Williams decides that he wants to make it big in Hollywood, and meets with a pair of producers who attempt to woo him with pitches for films featuring stereotypical plot devices used by other notable African-American comedians, such as using a "fat suit" and portraying multiple characters, or starring in parodies of other popular movies. Dissatisfied with the offer, Williams decides to hit the road with a group of friends, which included comedians Red Grant, Melanie Comarcho, and Luenell. The first half of the movie features stand-up by Williams' companions as they drive from one major city to another. The journey ends in Chicago, where Williams takes over the rest of the movie with his open, underground-style stand-up comedy. After his performance, the film ends with a musical performance by Williams, Da Brat and Snoop Dogg.
