A tailor falls in love with the girl next door, Sumathi. But her father, a log breaker, decides to marry her off to an NRI. Since it is inevitable to stop the marriage, the tailor decides to write a novel. Fortunately, he receives the State Award for the Best Novel. With the prize money, the tailor builds a huge Mansion. Accidentally the date of Sumathi's wedding coincides with the housewarming ceremony of the tailor's Mansion. Furthermore, the tailor tried to commit suicide and gets hospitalized. Surprisingly, the marriage comes to a halt. Therefore, in the end, Sumathi and the Tailor reunite.

Film begins when Jinn (Sreenath Bhasi) narrates about a village and few of the village guys such as Ahmed (Unni Mukundan), a web journalist and passionate football player - who accidentally saw a girl (Chandini Sreedharan) in a film festival held at Kozhikode and become lonely thinking about her. Things change when Shadiya (Chandini Sreedharan) joins his college for a project and Teacher Ali (Santhosh Keezhztoor) wants Ahmed to guide Shadiya about the lectures and college campus. Two of them fall in love and later decides to marry secretly. Being his best friend Ahmed tells Faizal (Aju Varghese) about his affair and their marriage. Faizal tells this matter to Ajmal (Saiju Kurup), Ahmed's brother on the day where Shadiya and Ahmed left the town for marriage. Ajmal along with Faizal and few of their friends went in search for Ahmed and Shadiya. Film portrays the remaining incidents on this day.

Kunjiraman (Vineeth Sreenivasan), nephew of Well-done Vasu(Mamukkoya), plans to marry his daughter Thankamani. All plans are thwarted by his dim-witted cousin brother Laalu (Dhyan Sreenivasan). To avenge this he goes to Gulf to make money and returns to his hometown Desam. He plans to marry well and before that of Vasu's daughter wedding. Laalu (Dhyan Sreenivasan) secretly plots against Kunjiraman with Kuttan (Aju Varghese), his role model. Kunjiraman gets engaged to other women but all end up in cancellations. Villagers superstitiously believe that it was Kunjiraman's actions that brings the subsequent problems and curses to Desam. Later the issues are solved by a chain of events. Both Laalu and Kuttan are left to the short end of stick with their plotting's.

Police constables Balagopal (Sreejith Ravi) and Jolly Kurien (Joju George) have been at odds for years but are under orders to transfer two prisoners from Kannur to Trivandrum. They board the Parasuram express with the handcuffed inmates. While at the Kayamkulam station, prisoner Nandu (Vineeth Sreenivasan) escapes. The two officers get off the train at the next stop with second inmate Maran (Chemban Vinod Jose) and frantically searches for Nandu. The three unlikely musketeers finds the back-story of Nandu. Nandu's father, Narayanan (Nedumudi Venu) always have a wrongful intention to his step-sister, Lakshmi (Nikki Galrani). Nandu, one day determines to kill his father for the same, but the trap he set accidentally killed his mother. He was arrested for his mother's murder. One day his Narayanan comes to visit him at jail and reveals his true intentions for his step-sister. Nandu determines to escape at any possible opportunities. The three musketeers finds Nandu while roughing with Narayanan, both with the intention to kill. Accidentally Jolly Kurien kills Nandu's father. With knowing Narayanan's story, Maran devises a plan to not let the issue known to others, to which everyone agrees. Narayanan's body is buried in a nearby church cemetery at that night itself. In the end of the day everyone is shown as happy in their karmic lives.

The story is set in 1988. Haider (Indrajith) who works for Mumbai underworld develops a plan to steal diamonds from a racket run inside a textile store in Cherupuzha. He hires Nicholas (Chemban Vinod) and Freddy (Vinay Forrt) from Kozhikode for the theft. It revolves around two brothers - Michel Rajamma known as Rajamma and Vishnu Yohannan known as Yahoo, played respectively by Kunchacko Boban and Asif Ali. Afsal (Dulquer Salmaan) is a lazy fellow who sleeps till 11AM. His mother (Geetha) is so worried about him. The movie revolves around a Muslim couple Noorjahan (Mamta Mohandas) aka Noora and Shahjahan (Krish J. Sathaar) .The movie begins showing Noora in the hospital for delivery. It seems that she is having some complications. Depressed Shahjahan goes away from the hospital just only to meet with an accident hitting his head to a stone. The movie takes a flashback. Noorjahan is a social activist, who also wins 1 crore rupees from the game show Crorepati to offer it to the orphanage. And Shahjahan is a Sufi singer. She uses "Phone-a-Friend" lifeline, and calls Shahjahan to help her answer the last question which was based on Sufi singers, to which he gives her the correct answer. Soon it is telecasted on the Tv. From that day onwards Shahjahan tries to meet Noora whom he has never met. Finally she falls in love and proposes Shahjahan in a public mall for marriage. In the wedding ceremony of Dr.Sreeparvathi (Archana Kavi) Noora's close and childhood friend Shahjahan kisses Noora to teach her a lesson for insulting him in public, in front of everyone to which all blame Noora for this. Shahjahan regrets and asks Noora to forgive and finally both get married with a lot of celebrations. One day Noora falls, with blood coming out of her mouth and soon it is revealed that she is pregnant. But Dr.Sajan Varghese (Nedumudi Venu) tells the couple to abort the child as Noora was suffering from DCM (Dilated Cardiomyopathy) causing her heart to work slowly which may create complications during the delivery and even death. But the couple decide to continue with her pregnancy and leaves the rest in God's hands. Finally the delivery date comes and Noora is admitted to the hospital. The whole town prays for Noora as she was good activist. Now the movie comes back to Shahjahan's accident. Shahjahan has got severe head injury. By God's grace Noora and her baby are out of danger. Both Shahjahan and Noora are in the same ICU room. And seeing Shahjahan injured her health becomes critical. The doctor advises the family to get a heart donor as Noora's heart has to be tranplanted immediately within 48 hours. Finally a donor is found and Noora is alright. When the media asks the doctors about the donor's name Dr.Varghese replies that he is a man who loved Noora and touched her heart who comes out to be Brother James (Ramesh Pisharody).

The film is set in a fictitious poverty-ridden village of Gowlipady, which is virtually ruled by the ruthless zamindari Bhandaravathi (Sukanya). Kashi (Nedumudi Venu) is a lottery salesman. He is the only literate person of his village. Once, a lottery sold by him happens to win the first prize of 5 Crore Indian Rupee. Greedy Kashi tries to get back the lottery ticket but doesn't know to whom he has sold the ticket to. So, he conducts a treat exclusive to all those who buys ticket from him and to gain entrance need to give their tickets back. As the treat ends, all the tickets he have sold except one is collected. Later, he comes to know that the one remaining ticket, the same ticket which won the prize, sold to Anthony (Nandu) is still not collected.
