Synopsis
Film begins when Jinn (Sreenath Bhasi) narrates about a village and few of the village guys such as Ahmed (Unni Mukundan), a web journalist and passionate football player - who accidentally saw a girl (Chandini Sreedharan) in a film festival held at Kozhikode and become lonely thinking about her. Things change when Shadiya (Chandini Sreedharan) joins his college for a project and Teacher Ali (Santhosh Keezhztoor) wants Ahmed to guide Shadiya about the lectures and college campus. Two of them fall in love and later decides to marry secretly. Being his best friend Ahmed tells Faizal (Aju Varghese) about his affair and their marriage. Faizal tells this matter to Ajmal (Saiju Kurup), Ahmed's brother on the day where Shadiya and Ahmed left the town for marriage. Ajmal along with Faizal and few of their friends went in search for Ahmed and Shadiya. Film portrays the remaining incidents on this day.Actors

Abdul Razaq (Siddique) and Fareeda (Praveena), a Muslim couple in Kerala, are expecting their first child. Razaq wants the child to be a boy, and wants to name the child Faizal and call him Faizi, but to his disappointment, the child is a girl. Fareeda gives birth continuously to three more girls, which irritates Abdul Razaq, who migrates to Dubai. Finally, Fareeda gives birth to a boy, but because of her continuous deliveries, Fareeda becomes ill and dies. Abdul Razaq takes his five children to Dubai. Faizi is looked after by his sisters whom he affectionately calls "Ithathas & Company" (Sisters and Company).

Harikrishnan (Fahadh Faasil) is a geeky software architect who suffers from Obsessive–compulsive personality disorder. His colleagues find it hard to work with him due to his emotional outbursts and odd mannerisms, though the company leadership values him as a core asset to the organization. His colleagues hatch a plan to send him off to Trivandrum to demonstrate on a webinar, one of company's top selling products, which also happens to be developed by Hari. Unfortunately for him, the date of his journey coincides with a harthal day. En route to Trivandrum, in the middle of the night, his co-passenger Gopalan (Nedumudi Venu), a veteran politician, receives a call informing him that his wife is seriously ill. As soon as the train leaves Kollam, Gopalan, growing concerned about his wife's health decides to change his plan and return to his hometown in Kozhikode to attend to his ailing wife. Seeing the situation, another passenger Narayani a.k.a. Nani (Swathi Reddy), a social worker, decides to join Gopalan. They get down at Paravur railway station. In the confusion to get down at Paravur, Gopalan accidentally drops his cell phone on the train before disembarking. Hari notices the ringing phone when Gopalan's friend Moidheen calls him up to inform about his wife's death. Hari picks the call and hears the sad news. Not knowing how to react in this situation, Hari also gets down at Paravur in the pretext of forgetting his bag on the train. Hari decides to follow Narayani and Gopalan on their return journey to Kozhikode. The plan not only upsets his daily routine and schedule, but also disturbs his standard of hygiene. Nani on the other hand is carefree and unlike Hari, goes out of her way to help others. The journey becomes a learning experience for Hari and how he understands and overcomes various trying situations in life. The films ends with Hari and Nani falling in love and him finally overcomimg his OCD.

Sebastian (a.k.a. Seban) (Asif Ali), Abu(Sreenath Bhasi), Ambrose Perera(Balu), Fernandez de Silva (a.k.a. Ferno)(Baburaj), Angel(Bhavana) and Sara(Archana Kavi) are close friends and members of a music band based in Fort Kochi. Angel's brothers HC Michael(Lal), Martin(Amith Chackalakal), Father Collin(Suresh Krishna) and Antony(Assim Jamal) nicknamed "Punyalanmar" by people, are dangerous businessmen. Angel's family brings in a proposal for her from the city SI George. On the night before her marriage,a drunk Sebastian (Seban) breaks into Angel's house with his friends and proposes his love to her. He elopes with her that night with his friends' help. Ambrose, drunk and senseless writes a letter and leaves it in Angel's room to inform the Punyalanmar, that they helped Seban and Angel to elope. The next day Sebastian wakes up to see Angel with him. He is shocked to see her since he doesn't remember the previous night's events.Punyalanmar go in search of them, and they are on the run. Punyalanmar destroys Sebastian's house and burns Ferno's house. Seban and Angel decide to escape through the harbor. Abu, Ambrose and Ferno planned to confront and surrender to buy Seban and Angel time to escape. Punyalanmar captures Abu but Ferno and Ambrose threaten to kill their wives. Ferno calls Seban(who is on a boat) and says they're going to sacrifice themselves, and Ferno is stabbed by Michael's goon. seeing Angels brothers coming after them they decide to suicide. Seban and angel kiss each other passionately. then it is revealed in the flashback that her brothers did not kill seban's friends and that they were also there with her brothers in the boat they were coming after. But without knowing this Seban and Angel jump into the sea after kissing each other. Seban's friends jump into the sea to save them. The film has a happy ending in which all are praying together at Punyalanmar's father's tomb. and then heading for Seban's and Angels wedding.
