Bounty hunter Blade (Maurizio Merli), who uses a tomahawk as a throwing weapon, arrives at the mining town of Suttonville with the outlaw Burt Craven (Donald O'Brien) as his prisoner. His real motive is to kill mining big boss McGowan (Philippe Leroy) who has killed his father. Blade gives up his revenge – because McGowan “is not worth it” – and instead accepts to deliver the ransom for the mine owner's daughter (Sonja Jeannine). However, this mission fails because she turns out to be the lover of her kidnapper, McGowan's foreman Voller (John Steiner), who secretly works for a gang that regularly robs the shipments of silver from the mine. Voller then kills his boss and turns his mining empire into bloody chaos by massacring the mine workers. Blade is beaten up and buried up to his neck and left to be blinded by the sun. However, he survives and returns for a showdown with Voller.

The wife of the Sicilian barone Francesco 'Cocò' Laganà (Bruno Scipioni) dies of heart failure while having sex with the lecherous gardener Fefè (Nino Terzo). Cocò marries a Northerner widow named Nadia (Maristella Greco), her beautiful teenage daughter Daniela (Sonja Jeannine) later moving to her stepfather's house. Both Cocò and Fefè (who is now married to Cocò's nymphomaniac sister Agata (Lucrezia Love)) make sexual advances to Daniela but to no avail. Meanwhile Cocò's heirship to a large inheritance is in jeopardy because his late wife did not beget him a child and Nadia cannot get pregnant, the Sicilian customary law barring a man without offspring from heirship.

A ship sailing in the pre-First Opium War South China Sea is attacked by pirates and five British maidens on board are kidnapped. They are sold to a brothel run by Chao (Hsieh Wang), starting to get trained in sexual techniques for the day when they shall be auctioned. However, one of the attendants, Ko Mei-mei (Lau Wai-Ling) takes pity at the girls' fate and, with her brother Ko Pao (Elliot Ngok credited as Yueh Hua), begins to secretly instruct the girls in kung fu. Susanne Delberg (Teri Tordai as Terry Torday) who has become Countess Süderland dies under absurd circumstances. It is revealed that Susanne had a daughter, the heiress to her inheritance but her identity is obscure, although it is known that she has been living in a convent. The handsome executor Vincent van der Straten (Gabriele Tinti) is assigned for the task. There are five possible candidates: Françoise (Maja Hoppe), Clarissa (Femi Benussi as Femy Benussi), Susanne (Sonja Jeannine), Piroschka (Marika Mindzenthy), and Anselma (Alena Penz). Van der Straten decides to stay at the convent to find the real heiress but things soon prove to be difficult for him since all the candidates happen to be as raunchy as late Susanne.
