Synopsis
Shalini (Divya Bharti) is sister of a rich bussinessman Rajesh Saxena (Suresh Oberoi). She is in love with her classmate Arun Kumar (Prithvi), who is an orphan. But she dont tell Arun about this because he don't like her, He think Shalini would have a attitude of a rich girl. When Rajesh come to know about his sister's love he goes to meet Arun only to find out that he is an orphan and dont even has his own house and is living in a appartment.Actors

Raju (Anil Kapoor) lives with his disabled mom (Farida Jalal). One day Raju on his way to a job interview saves the life of a rich textile mill owner (Anupam Kher) who offers him a job in his factory which is run by his ambitious daughter Sheetal (Sridevi). One day during Durga Puja, Puja suddenly sees Pratap who in reality is an imposter - Ranjit. Ranjit kills Ranima and when Puja sees the incident she shoots at Ranjit, but unfortunately the bullet goes into Mamababu's chest and he succumbs. Ranjit calls the police and tells them that Puja has killed Ranima and Mamababu. The police arrest Puja. Prem fights the case for Puja and in court Prem proves that Ranjit is the murderer. Then police arrest Ranjit while Prem and Puja ring the wedding bells.
