Sandwich is a 2011 Malayalam film directed by debutant director M. S. Manu, starring Kunchacko Boban, Richa Panai and Ananya in the lead roles. The movie was released on October 14, 2011 to mixed response.
Synopsis
Sai (Kunchacko Boban), a high-profile software engineer who is currently acknowledged as the best in their payrolls of his big MNC. Betrothed to another techie Shruthy, Sai and his friends lead a happy-go lucky life. After a small party on a Friday, Sai rushes home to join his parents for dinner, but on the way happens to hit another car, killing the driver. Very soon Sai realizes that he has actually killed a dreaded criminal of the city who was the main accused in many police cases. The goon's younger brother Murugan (Vijyakumar) now starts to follow Sai in the belief that he is one of the men of their enemy Andipetty Naykkar (Suraj Venjaramood) and has knowingly killed his brother. Naykkar, on the other hand warmly welcomes Sai and starts protecting him and even offers to marry him to his only daughter (Ananya). Sandwiched between two goons and two girls, Sai plans to escape from the difficult situation is the rest of the story.Actors

Thekkedathu Ramankutty (Dileep) is a marriage organizer. Kunchacko Boban, Jayasurya, Meera Jasmine, Soorya (Kunchacko Boban) come from entirely different backgrounds, but one thing that they have in common is cancer. Roy is a multi-millionaire; Amir is a small-time goonda; Soorya is a musician; and Gouri lives in distress, troubled by her stepmother. Each of them is dying from the disease (blood, liver, bone, lungs cancer) and they all come for treatment to a plush hospital, Pratheeksha, run by Dr. Nandakumar (Ganesh). There is a scene with Kamal Hassan, who gives a pep talk on how he lost some of his close friends to cancer, and gives the four friends some confidence.And at last Soorya dies.

The film begins in the childhood of Babumon and Babulal Chatterji and their mischievous behavior. Then it progresses in to a grown up version of both. The story begins with Vasu, father of Vasoottan (Kunchacko) rescuing people from a bus fallen from a bridge on to a flooded river. During the rescue, vasu gets drowned in front of the onlookers which include his friend Prakashan (Joy mathew), his wife and his child while trying to rescue a kid. After a few days Prakashan's son informs that a girl has come to their studio and inquired about Vasoottan and the accident that took place long back in which Vasoottan lost his Father. Vasoottan thinks that it was Parvathy. Vasoottan receives a call from Parvathy and she asks him to come to her house to meet her Father. Sabu and Prakshettan ties a bet saying that Parvathy loves Vasoottan and had called him for fixing their Marriage. Vasoottan goes to her house and understands that they have called him for seeking his help in their Buisiness of delivering 100 numbers of Jamnapari goats to a Foreign Firm. Parvathy's Father (Maniyan Pilla Raju) and Mother (Anju Aravind) pleeds to Vasoottan for his help and finally he agrees to help them getting 100 Jamna Pyari goats on time. Sridharan (Renji Panicker) was Parvathy's Father's rival and he tries all ways to getting their business unsuccessful with his money and muscle power. At first Vasoottan arranges 10 Jamna Pyaris from local. Then they started giving advertisements in print, audio as well visual and e-medias. They received vide responses for the ads and finally they manages to reach the target. After too many complication Vasoottan and Parvathy gets their love succeed at the end.

The film is a journey through the minds of Mohanakrishnan, a fashion photographer living in Kochi.
